This property was amazing, just as the photos depicted. We enjoyed the spaces very much, especially the upper deck and spa. This was our very best stay in NB and we've been coming here for years. Will definitely stay here again and again...Nicole and her team are on top of everything and treated us like family. Can't say enough about the level of attention we received.It was worth every dollar!

This house was amazing! Very comfortable and very clean. Our kids LOVED the hot tub! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. One of the best beach houses we’ve stayed at and we have stayed at many! We will be returning next year.

We would definitely return! You can’t beat the location, it could use a little TLC update, however, it was worth every penny, and the property management was terrific!

Super Sunset

Fantastic location with everything needed for a restful and relaxing mini vacation. We were able to cook meals "at home" while watching the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be booking with this company again as they were very attentive and welcoming.

The property was in the perfect location! The beach was out the back door, the location was perfect walking distance to food, coffee, convenience stores, etc. Great, speedy, communication with the host if anything was needed. The rooms were very clean! Linens and everything were plenty, nice, and comfortable. The size of the rooms were great. The hot tub was ready to go from the moment we got there, and very clean! We would certainly be back!

My family and I have now stayed at this property twice. My brother lives in Long Beach and his kids love the ocean. The unit has plenty of space and easy parking making it convenient for him to come during the day with his kids. Many good nearby restaurants that are walkable if you’re able to walk at least 2 miles. It’s far enough away from the busy Boardwalk and Balboa Peninsula area that the mornings and evenings are peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the small patio off the living room in the mornings watching dolphins and surfers. Easy drive from SNA airport. The outdoor furniture is getting to the point where it needs some updating, but it’s still comfortable. Most beachfront properties where I have stayed have this issue so I don’t count that as a negative. The rooftop hot tub is a definite bonus, especially for those older folks in our group that have joint issues.Communication with the host is fantastic. I would not be exaggerating to say it is the best communication for a Vrbo type rental property we have experienced over the years. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a more low-key relaxing beachfront getaway.

Perfect beach front property

Our family of 6 (2 teens and 2 18+ kids) really enjoyed our stay at this direct ocean front property. The views from the rooftop terrace with hot tub cannot be beat. Lovely dining nook and cozy family room also have gorgeous views. All communication with property was thorough, accurate and timely. Everyone also grateful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Space was very efficiently utilized.

Great Location but the BBQ was filthy and out of gas and all the glass had a layer of slime and dust on it. Great Location but the place needs some love and cleaning.
