Summer River Trip

This was our much anticipated Summer River Trip and the house was absolutely perfect! 5 girls in a place with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms worked out beautifully. Plus we were able to bring the pup instead of making him stay home and miss out on the fun. Definitely recommend this property!!

River trip

Beds were hard with plastic protective cover that makes noise every time you move. Pillows were very flat. There was all kinds of appliances for use but no can opener. Took a bit to get access code, but did finally get. In the check in instructions it said to text for access code, I texted, called and went through app and finally got through app.

Rooms look bigger in pictures

Overall this was beautiful but the rooms looked much bigger in the pictures. It was great to have our own bathrooms and didn't mind the plastic on the bed. It was a bit tight for 4 families.

Quick trip

Crystal was very nice and easy to work with. The house suited our needs with four bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is large and well equipped. It was quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We ordered dinner in and ate together around the table. It's a great set up for a friend or family getaway. The living area is pretty small and dark which was a bit of a disappointment. The beds have plastic covers over the mattresses which makes noise and is not that comfortable. I would love to have bedside tables with lamps and the bedding could be better. All in all the house suited our needs as we were only there overnight. The neighborhood is in what appears to be an industrial area.

Great place for families!

Our family (9 of us) stayed here for a getaway weekend to Schlitterbahn and had a great time. Four bedrooms that each had their own bathrooms was a huge plus!! The kitchen is well stocked and lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of eating and shopping. Our host was SO quick to respond to any concerns. Great place!

Fun in New Braunfels!

Great location. We were within 5 minutes of everything we wanted to do. It was very nice having a bathroom with a shower in every room. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Its nice that every room had their own bathroom. My bed was way too soft for me, and I woke up with back pain . The bed also had a noisy plastic mattress cover that crinkled every time you toss and turned

Great For Families

Our family of 10 stayed here while attending a wedding. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking space. It is close to many good restaurants and New Braunfels / Gruene attractions. It was just a short drive to the wedding venue, but what makes this house a good choice is the four bedrooms with four baths. It was like a mini hotel and great for couples to have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice. We did not cook there, but found it well stocked had we done so. The little coffee bar was a hit. Not only was it a cute setup, it was functional. There is a nice washer/dryer stack and plenty of towels for the hot tub or river trip. Great to be able to wash those and wet suits if you do go to the river or hot tub. Checking in and out was easy. The first couple that arrived could not find the lockbox, but that just required a quick call to the owner. It was well hidden on purpose, but if you rent here, ask for that location before you arrive. The house does sleep 10, but there are only beds for 8. Two people need an air mattress or sleep on the couches. We asked about this ahead of arrival, so I took our air mattress and sheets and pillows for two of the children. There is an air mattress there, but we did not use it. All in all, we would recommend this property. We were comfortable and everyone slept well.

Short getaway for birthday

We had a short getaway birthday weekend celebration for my husband. This was such a perfect home for us to stay, every room had its own full bathroom which was definitely a plus! It had games for all ages which was pretty neat. Everything overall was perfect for our party of 7!

Comfortable and easy access to I-35

Stayed a couple of nights with family. Home was clean and as advertised. It was nice to have bathrooms in each room making morning routines much easier. Home is located in an older neighborhood, but seemed safe and quiet. Easy access to Gruene and I-35. Could use upgraded mattress protectors as the current ones sleep pretty warm otherwise no complaints. Would consider staying again.

Roomy and Simple

Nice clean house and the 4 bedrooms with bathrooms is a plus! Thanks for the goodie bag when we arrived. Maybe a few more chairs at the table or bar knowing there are 8 people coming? Not much to complain about, updated beautiful home. We all loved it.❀
