Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. My home is just waiting to welcome you to the fabulous community of River Strand in Bradenton, Florida. We bought it in April 2023 and have renovated it throughout. All furniture is brand new (including all our beds) and styled to reflect a peaceful coastal theme. Our screened lanai is furnished with both comfy furniture and also a table that seats 4-6 for outside dining. You can sip your morning coffee and watch the golfers on hole 2. Resort includes full service restaurant, tiki bar, pools, 9 clay tennis courts, 8 Pickleball courts, 27 holes of golf, 2 gyms, and plenty of safe biking and walking paths. We provide one female and one male bike along with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels.

River Stand is currently going through an $11M renovation with completion in the spring of 2026

NOTE: The membership transfer fee of $535 (plus tax) is to be paid directly to River Strand 15 days prior to arrival. This entitles you to the use of all the amenities such as pools, gyms, tennis, Pickleball, golf and all social activities.
