This property offers super comfortable beds, beautiful decor, cozy gather spaces for you and your group. There are 2 apartments that can be rented individually or together to accommodate a larger group. We are located just minutes from all the city has to offer and about 20 minutes from the Bills Stadium.

Clean enough but worn and old. The reason for three stars is mostly the outside parking area and driveway. Very muddy and full of leaves. I had to clean the mud off my shoes a few times. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would not stay there again! Sorry, I really wanted to like it.

Very nice older unit

The unit was very nicely updated. Had a few issues with the door sticking when we arrived but the owner was helpful when I called. We enjoyed our stay -the location was good for our travel adventures. Easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. It had most everything we needed for our stay-a couple of larger pans would be nice-as there is a grocery just a few blocks away so we ate many meals in. Really appreciated the coffee supplies!! Beds were very comfortable. Also appreciated the washer and dryer on property with supplies provided! Communication with owners was good- the issues we came across were responded to quickly.

Bills Get-Away

Overall this property was perfect for a Bills weekend. As listed, it was nicely updated and very clean. The location was convenient being a short drive to downtown Buffalo as well as Highmark Stadium. Upon arrival there was an issue with the keyless entry, however the property manager was available and assisted right away. She was friendly and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant/pub around the corner. The only issue with the property was the interior doors. They are old and did not close properly. On more than one occasion the bathroom door would stick and require someone from the outside to open it.

"Just okay" place with stairs

The unit was alright. Nothing too fancy, but nothing too bad either. Comfortable beds. Uncomfortable couch (a futon). Had all the necessities (shampoo, soaps, coffee, etc). Some of the towels were wet when we arrived though (seemed clean but not fully dried in dryer). The biggest downside was that the listing didn't make it clear that this is a second floor unit, and the stairs to get up to it were very skinny and slippery (vinyl). Our dog had a very hard time getting up them and we would not have booked the place had we known about it being a second floor unit. The neighborhood wasn't great either, but not terrible. Overall it was an okay place to stay, knowing that we spent most of our time outside of the unit exploring buffalo. Communication with the property owners/managers was also confusing. I spoke to 3 different people, all acting as the property managers. Two seemed to be through a property management company - not sure who the 3rd was but they were the most responsive. All of them tried to get me to sign up through an external platform to get all the check-in information, but thankfully they eventually sent the info over VRBO message.
