Private driveway.Just walking distance to everything. Or if you’re driving ,it’s very easy to get in and out or around .No through traffic on the street!

There is a small fish pond in the backyard! Kids and pets need to be supervised at all times!!
All dishes must be cleaned and washed and returned to their original place!Do not leave any dishes in the sink . Don’t use the shoes inside

We had a very nice stay at this property. It's cozy and convenient, within walking distance of just about everything. And our host was excellent!

Great Location - Near the Falls

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Nice neighborhood and very close to the falls and all there is to do there. The elevated toilet and tub will make it difficult for mobility challenged individuals.

4 day stay.

The property was large with 3 rooms plus a bathroom. It was an easy walk to the northern end of the Niagara Falls attractions. Just be aware there are steps into the property.

When we got there the stove was gone. Texted him and he said the stove went out and he was going to bring another one Monday and never did. Other then that it was nice place to stay. Nice walking distance to all of our activities that we had planned to do why we was there

Great area

Very nice place and within walking distance so we did not have to pay to park somewhere. Was there wifi if so what was the password? Also maybe an extra towel or two for a 3 night stay. Not sure on your expectations when we left. I like to leave things the way I found them.

Not suitable for older folks

Good location, good size, but poor layout. Entry is a step down then a short hall and a second surprise step down. The add should show photo of bath room. Two steps up to the toilet. Two steps up to step down into bathtub. Definitely dangerous for older folks. Property was cold as the only heat seemed to be a gas fire in the bedroom. There were no instructions on the use of this fireplace. The bed slopes down on one side. The property was not comfortable for us. We left after one night.

Great location!!!

This property worked great for us! Location is everything and this is the best you'll get. Description is correct when advertised as a 10 minute walk to the casino. Parking was a little confusing as it's advertised as using the carport but the owner messaged and asked us to park somewhere else, we didn't and nothing was said. Full kitchen- no pots or pans. No paper towels. Bathroom definitely NOT for mobility impaired. Shower drained very very slow and leaked out into the kitchen. Messaged the owner and he sent a repairman right away. Obviously nothing could be done right then but he did bring a mop to clean up. All in all we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Jay for opening your basement apartment it was great!!
