Cool meets cozy in this comfortable, fresh home with heated pool and spa. Plenty of indoor space to hang out, cook, play and lounge. Great yard with grass, screened patio and pool. Six minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from shopping and restaurants, yet neighborhood is private, quiet and secluded, creating a feeling that you are miles from everything. Nearby quiet park feels very private. Pinellas trail is 2 blocks away for biking and walking.

There are two actively recording cameras on the property, which record both video and audio. One is located on the ceiling of the front porch and overlooks the front door, front porch, and driveway. The other is on the fence in the enclosed pool control area and overlooks the pool controls. There are no cameras inside the house and no cameras overlooking the pool.

Pictures are accurate with the house Spacious for everyone Everything was perfect Magnificent pool and hot tub Pool is very child friendly Host was quick to reply with our questions Location was right on for our purposes. I would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Place !!

Just for starters. Kristi was great with her response time when it came to phone call, text and messaging. The house was clean and organized. The place was perfect for a couple or even a family. It has a room that we loved where all the kids got to stay in. a bunk bed that fit 4 and a queen size bed on the side then an additional 2 bedrooms - master room and a queen bed room. She has a book that goes over everything you need to know in the house. and we definitely tried all her recommendations in the area. The pool was my favorite part ! it was warm and it’s perfect for all ages . my 1 year old stayed on the 2ft side and the bigger kids played on the deeper end of 41/2 feet. it had seating in the pool and jacuzzi. and all instructions were clear. I will say she has great appliances from washer and dryer and the grill ! like amazing quality. another favorite thing i loved was the amount of towels she had ! beach towels and regular ! like tons !! she has a wall full of board games and she even had a high chair and playpen for your smaller babies. and a cute park right across the street . another great things is . we were just 12 mins away from clear water beach. and it is near the main road where all the bars, restaurants and water sports are - in clearwater thru stpete. walgreens. publix and walmart are all with 5 mins distance . I will be back for sure ! Kid friendly- pet friendly - we had 2 dogs with us as well. so great for the whole fam.

Kristi was very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. The house is located close by shops and beach. The set up is nice for a large family or small group. The pool and spa is new and well maintained. Small issues during our stay were addressed.
