À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils modernes et des armoires en merisier, la climatisation centrale, un téléviseur HD de 42 pouces avec câble numérique (y compris HBO), des planchers de bois franc partout,

À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une cour arrière privée et clôturée avec une grande terrasse et un nouvel abri de rangement, une douche extérieure, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois, des chaises de plage et un parasol. Magnifiquement aménagé avec plusieurs plates-bandes, des hortensias et des rosiers grimpants.

La chambre principale a un lit queen et une télévision 13 ". La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et la dernière chambre a un lit simple.

Situé juste au sud de la ville près de la piste cyclable de Surfside Road, offrant une promenade pittoresque ou une balade à vélo en ville, les nombreux restaurants et magasins juste au sud de la ville (y compris le Downyflake et le Stop & Shop) et les plages de la rive sud.

My mom, sister, and I stayed at this lovely cottage for a mother/daughter trip. It was very clean and roomy for us. The location was excellent. We walked to the downtown area several times and rode bikes to Cisco Brewery and Surfside Beach. The beds were very comfortable and the check in and out process was easy. The back patio was also very nice. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! From the house you can walk to town and restaurants, catch the Wave bus, or bike easily. Katie was very responsive as to where to store our luggage and when we discovered the coffee maker was missing. What a fun time in Nantucket!

Mid-Town Nantucket

The house and property were fantastic. Clean, spacious and very relaxing. Great to be in a central location to experience all of what the island had to offer. Groceries, restaurants, downtown and beaches all in close proximity. We’ll be sure to visit again.

We love this rental. It is in a perfect location, making it easy to get anywhere on the island (mostly by bikes). The house is very clean and has everything we need. Katie, the host, is very easy to deal with. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can!

Great house in great location!

Cutest house in a great location. We biked to beach daily and it’s easy to bike to town or stop & shop. House was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which was very appreciated. Great coffee & breakfast place in walking distance. We stayed with two teens and it was the perfect set up. Highly recommend if you want to be near town but not in it. I would stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This was our 3rd time staying in this lovely home and it was the best yet! It’s located on a quiet street and it has a fenced in backyard, which was great for the kids. Inside, a beautiful kitchen and living room, along with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Comes with central air for those hot and humid days in the summer. Minutes from Downy Flake, Stop n Shop and Surfside Beach. Also very close to multiple bike trails. The host was very hospitable and quite responsive to messages/phone calls. We certainly plan on coming back!

Perfect Nantucket cottage

This was the perfect cottage for our week-long Nantucket getaway. This was our first time to the island and my husband and I both agree, we would stay here again anytime! The house was perfect and beautiful. Even better than we thought it would be. It was so private and beautifully appointed. The king sized bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The backyard is sublime! The location could not be any better. I cannot speak any more highly of this house. It is quintessential Nantucket even down to the hydrangeas! Perfection!!!

Lovely Home

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it! Beautiful landscaping throughout the property. Spacious and private backyard for the kids to play in. Grill in the back for cookouts in the evening, and the outdoor shower came in handy when we got home from the beach. And the inside is even better! Beautiful kitchen with open space leading to the dining room and living room. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, the perfect size for our family. Washer and dryer came in handy, and the central air was great on those humid days! It was great working with the owner, who was very responsive to e-mails. I highly recommend this property and I hope to bring my family back soon!

A Nantucket Cottage Exceeding All Expectations

Our 9-day stay at this delightful three-bedroom Nantucket cottage was a true highlight. We immediately felt at home, courtesy of the warm atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. The kitchen, adorned with a full array of cookware and dishware, made meal prep effortless. Similarly, the well-stocked bathrooms and laundry room catered to our daily needs seamlessly. Our toddler was thrilled with a stash of Lego toys, while we found comfort in the plush furniture and bedding. The fast and reliable internet, coupled with a high-quality cable TV, covered all our connectivity and entertainment needs. Outside, a private backyard, framed by tall trees and a spacious deck, offered an excellent retreat. We were also grateful for the property manager's prompt responsiveness and attention to detail. Located just a few minutes' walk from 45 Surfside Bakery and Cafe, our cherished morning coffee runs were conveniently close. The efficient HVAC and high-quality water systems further contributed to the overall comfort. In short, this charming Nantucket cottage, with its comfortable interiors, excellent amenities, and prime location, turned our family vacation into a memorable and relaxed experience. We can't recommend it highly enough for your next stay in Nantucket.

Great property!

We arrived on Friday night and checked in without a problem. Great open space layout on the inside. It rained the next day, so central air came in handy, but lots of windows and ventilation throughout the house! Beautiful and well maintained yard (front, back and side). Weber grill came in handy for cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the kiddos. Centrally located near Stop n Shop, and close to town. Near bike path and beaches. We loved it and hope to come back!

When we first looked at the house it was mid winter. As soon as we pulled in the driveway we knew this was a great house. We love the fenced in yard and the proximity to everything!
