Brand new detached Guest Cottage nestled in a beautiful neighborhood of the East Crooked Lake area of Eustis has everything a guest can want for a perfect stay. As you enter you will notice the 12' high ceilings and beautiful mural taking up the entire wall behind the sofa of this 520sf suite. You will feel like you just entered a tropical oasis. The floors are concrete cut into a square pattern to look like large tiles. The suite has a beautifully appointed bedroom area(Queen bed) with a painted floral scene above the bed with 2 side lights for extra ambience. Super comfy mattress for a great nights sleep. The kitchenette area is well appointed with a mid-century vibe. The appliances are brand new but have that mid-century look to them. Even though there is no oven or stove top there are many small appliances like a veg. steamer, air fryer, blender, microwave and a 3 in one coffee maker, toaster oven and cooktop for anyone to be able to prepare a meal if desired. The bathroom area featuring a 6' walk-in shower with glass doors has plenty of room for you to get ready for your day to explore the Lake Co. area. The outdoor area off the bathroom door is like a tropical oasis with a private sitting area and a hot tub that you may use to relax in after a long day of exploring the area.
