All was very clean and comfortable. Parking is easy. Monte answered any questions I had promptly. Will stay at this location again when visiting. PS- Nespresso is THE best coffee.

Great apartment with plenty of amenities. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the location being waking distance from a couple coffee shops and a great park for our son.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The unit was beautiful, clean and included everything we needed during for our stay. The location of the unit was perfect! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host, Monty, was amazing!!! He was responsive, friendly and I could tell he was genuinely invested in making sure we had the best stay possible!I would highly recommend this property!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Bentonville is beautiful and amazing! We rented bikes and enjoyed Bentonville and Bella Vista during our stay. We plan on returning as soon as possible. We loved the location of this apartment.

Great Apartment

Very comfortable bed, well appointed and clean. Only dislike was the adjoining ground floor unit and all the warnings to keep the noise down. We also heard noise from the garage which also adjoins this until. Not highly bothersome, but a slight inconvenience for the money spent. The private patio was a plus.

Great place. Clean and true to pictures shown online. Close to trail, coffee shops, eating. Bikes are the was to go. Traffic in Bentonville is unreal!!!

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming spot in Bentonville! The location was perfect—just a short walk to our favorite local hangout, Bike Rack Brewery, and only about 15 minutes on foot to downtown. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a private entrance that made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a comfortable and convenient home base during our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed. Great location! Seamless check in. Parking right behind the building. Walkable to the Momentary, coffee, etc. Would definitely come back.

Great property!

I was in Bentonville for work and stayed at this property for a week. The bed is so comfortable and this property is in close proximity to everything. It’s stocked with amenities and VERY clean. I highly recommend staying. The hosts are so nice!

Beautiful Modern In-law

Place is in a good neighborhood close to many BV attractions and eateries. Modern design, clean and comfortable. The owner was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.
