I cancelled this rental the same day I made it. We accidentally clicked on the wrong month. They sent me an email that said it was cancelled, now I see my credit card has been charged. How can I get my money back?

The living room light and lamp did not work, making the living room dark. There was obviously wifi because the tv's connected, but I could not get the wifi password. The host said it was on the website and the website said ask the host. The a/c was not controllable due to living room not connected to wifi. The 2nd bedroom closet door fell on my child. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for a family of five for three days.

It was embarrassing

Didn’t get to stay because it wasn’t supposed to listed. Know that I could easily get scammed, no thanks I was lucky that I found a hotel.

This host listed the property, but did not provide access or respond to VRBO when they called. He made a difficult medical emergency even worse by not following through with his obligation as a host of a property.

Rough neighborhood, storm damsge

This house is in a pretty rough neighborhood. We were concerned about our safety or the security of our vehicle. The front door locking system was weak.The house appears to have suffered some storm dsmage. The laminate floors are coming in seversl places and the overall condition of the house is poor. It was walikg distance to the Tigers spring traing facility, but you eouldnt eant to walk it at night.

Do not stay here. Not safe

horrible neighborhood. Neighbor has signs that say they shoot trespassers all over posted aggressively. Siren sounds all night long. Dirty fridge. Code to doo didn't work. Internet code didn't work. Left early.

Retreat from this property advertisement and never come back

Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. The ceiling fan light did not work in one of the rooms. The furniture there is not what’s in the picture, nor is the stove or dishwasher. There were no instructions inside the residence. The only good things was the bed to sleep on, the AC was cold and there was a roof over our heads. This rental is not in the greatest area of town, near a gas station with many wandering people that I checked multiple times to make sure my vehicle was locked. This is no long term Tiger town retreat. You should retreat away from this ad and look elsewhere!
