Cozy 2-bedroom home in Curtis Park

This home is an incredible place to stay in the heart of Curtis Park. It's close enough to RiNo that you can walk to all the bars/restaurants/dispensaries, but far enough away to be quiet and have lots of parking.

We are also across the street from a large, well-lit park that includes lots of mature trees and a tennis court. The 16th Street Mall and other attractions are a 4 minute Uber ride.
The space
This home is perfect for a Denver getaway. Cook elaborate meals in our fully stocked kitchen or chop some wood and roast some s'mores in the fire pit on the patio of our private, lighted courtyard.
Guest access
Guests will have a private street entrance as well as access to the courtyard with fire pit and space for eating.
Other things to note
This house is 420 friendly, and although that type of smoking in the units is permitted, no tobacco or nicotine products may be smoked indoors.
