Everything about the property was perfect, super clean and it has everything you need. Loved fishing from the dock in the quiet neighborhood.

The home was very nice and clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed for our weekend getaway! The location was perfect for exploring Cedar Key without much driving needed at all and the dock allowed us to launch our kayaks without leaving the property. I would recommend this rental and the company as they were very responsive to my questions!

Dreamy Home in Charming Cedar Key

We stayed at Kiss Me Kottage for three nights with our 2 small dogs and absolutely loved it. The cottage is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a wonderful layout that made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent—truly everything you could need for a perfect stay was provided. One of our favorite parts was the stunning view from the deck. We loved walking down to the dock and spending time on the screened-in porch, especially at sunrise and sunset. The light, the water, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel incredibly special. There was also so much birdwatching to enjoy, which added to the sense of calm and connection to nature. It was the perfect place to unwind, take in the beauty of Cedar Key, and feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed, and truly lovely place to stay.

Beautiful location right on the water and exactly as described. Very clean. Loved that we could bring our dog for a small fee. We saw 28 bird species off the dock during our 5 day stay, which was terrific. I believe I saw somewhere in the listing, but can't find now, a warning about the exterior stairs. You will have to negotiate outdoor wooden steps (they kind you can see through) to access the property. If you have arthritis or a fear of heights, this is not the place for you.....but it sure is a great place!!!!

Amazing home with great views

Beautiful home and well equipped!

The home was beautiful but there is a bit of an issue with the raccoons getting into the garbage can. We had to stack stuff on top but it still would get into it. Be for warned that it has lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues it may not be for you. I loved it tho!!

Excellent Rental

This is a wonderful rental property. They did a great job of renovating the inside, very clean with a very nice open floor plan. 9.75 out of 10. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan on the enclosed porch and enclosed dock area. We went in late July and if the breeze is not kicking in, it's muggy and hot, to be expected. Not a big deal. Next time we will bring two 35" fans, one to plug in on the house porch and one for the dock. The screened in dock area did not have a receptacle on the inside, it may have had one on the outside, but I don't recall. We'll bring an EcoFlow with us to power a fan on the dock. Just a heads up for anyone who enjoys sitting outside. I've been renting properties in Cedar Key for 20 years at least once a year and this is one of them at he top of the list. We'll probably be coming back late summer/early fall and will be looking at this property first for availability. Great Job!
