This hidden gem is at its best during high tide, offering the perfect spot to gaze out over the sparkling waters and launch your kayak for a leisurely paddle. Note that Cedar Key has many oyster beds, we recommend wearing water shoes anytime you are walking in the water or muddy areas.



3. Charming Neighborhood: Our house is nestled in a friendly and inviting neighborhood, perfect for leisurely strolls. Whether you`re heading to the airport for a breathtaking sunset or wandering into town to explore Cedar Key`s unique shops and restaurants, you`re in the ideal location to soak in the local atmosphere.

Elevated Retreat: Once inside, you`ll be welcomed by an open living room with a vaulted ceiling, a plush sectional couch, additional seating for socializing, a flat-screen TV, and large sliding doors that frame the Gulf views. A nautical and fishing theme makes you feel right at home. Access requires taking a flight of stairs from the ground up to the living area.



5. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, whether you`re cooking up a quick breakfast or embarking on a large family dinner during your stay. A 12 cup drip coffee maker will help jump start your day. The counter top bar allows for 4 bar stools for a relaxed eat-in option. An extendable dining table comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.



6. Comfortable Bedrooms: Our house features three bedrooms to ensure a peaceful night`s sleep. The first bedroom has a brand-new king mattress, a spacious closet, a TV for entertainment and a large sliding glass door facing West. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, dresser, another TV, and also has a sliding glass door the deck. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and TV as well.



7. Bathing: The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity with a sink, making it easy for everyone to freshen up. There`s a convenient half bathroom with a large vanity, sink and toilet. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level perfect for rinsing after a day of fishing or paddling.



8. Storage, Laundry and other amenities: Below the house, you`ll find a storage room equipped with a washer and dryer, providing convenience for your laundry needs. Also stored here is additional outdoor furniture, beach toys and a charcoal barbeque. Guests can also use this space to temporarily store belongings.



9. Ample Parking: There`s no need to worry about parking space, as our property offers plenty of room for up to 5 vehicles under the house and

driveway space for 4 more. Boat owners will also find suitable parking accommodations for up to 2 boats.
