Located within 3 miles of over half a dozen boutique wineries, you get to experience the best of both worlds - calming tranquility, hearing the sounds of the birds chirping and leaves rustling, or enjoying a glass of a Sangiovese at a local vineyard. You can do both here.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home provides all that you are looking for whether you are seeking some solace and a reprieve from the crowds or just a fun weekend of wine tasting in the company of friends. Dedicated WiFi allows you to stay as connected as you like and a fully furnished kitchen provides all that you need to cook however much (or little) as you desire.

During your stay, you will have other guests amongst you including 3 donkeys (Curly Joe, Sonny, and CiCi) who will be grazing throughout the fenced in acreage, several hawks that nest in the enormous Evergreen tree right off your back deck, coyotes that you may not see but could hear howling at night, and other sights and sounds of Mother Nature.

In addition to the growing wine scene, Fallbrook offers so much more. Rooted in agriculture, Fallbrook was once known as the Avocado capital of the world. And though perhaps that title has since eluded us, you will still see bountiful orchards of lemons, oranges, and numerous other types of produce as well as the namesake Avocado.

We also love hosting brides, bridal parties, and wedding parties. Our property is a wonderful place to get ready before the big day! Enjoy a dreamy setting with a serene backdrop for photos.
