Cute, studio cottage tucked away on Cherry Hill. The space has been renovated summer of 2024. open concept with 1 bed, 1 pullout couch, and 1 full bath. Enjoy the kitchenette that is stocked with cookware, utensils, cutlery, and more! Dining area table for 3. This efficiency living has open concept room includes the bed, couch, dining, and kitchen. The bath is private room with door. Oak Cottage is one of two cottages on the property. Rent next door Rose Cottage (3bd,1bth) to have separate spaces for multi-family vacationing! Just across the highway is the paved trail to 4 seasons Boyne Mountain Ski Resort where adventure, and fine dining awaits! Whether you're having summer splash time at the waterpark, walking the sky bridge for fall colors, hitting the slopes in winter, or golfing in season. Relax after fun filled days in our cozy Oak Cottage!

This was an original 1940's cabin. Years ago there were four of them and the neighbors have shared fond memories of generations staying in these charming cabins. They were purchased in 2021 and slowly improved so they can once again accommodate visitors and those seeking simple getaway from the buzz of everyday life.

Everything was very tidy. The only suggestions I would have are to specify that there is no dishwasher and you are expected to wash your dishes. As well as another trash option. There was a family staying in the house next to us that filled the trash can to overflowing.

Location excellent. Everything was great. One thing that was concerning was the parking that was required. If you pull into this parking site at night it’s dangerous. Not well lit and the automatic light went off before we were able to enter the door on the other side of this home. One could easily go off the edge and end up down the cliff. There is nothing stopping you from going off the edge down the side of mountain. We saw two thin long boards laying on a pile and kindly placed them so others would know where to stop. And for a Dead End people fly down this road.

Great little place for a single person or a couple. Clean, bright, and convenient location. Comfortable queen size bed and a couch with pull out sofa. All the kitchen essentials available and a full bathroom nicely updated.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Boyne Mountain resort is about a mile away, enjoy the view of the lights glowing after dark! We have two homes on this property. This adorable studio and a 3 bedroom one bath home that sleeps 6! Rent one or both for your group. Coming soon is a common garage/hangout space between the houses. Additionally, we have a pontoon boat for rent in the summer and a MOBILE SAUNA that will accommodate your whole group!

No cats allowed
There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:

1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
