Coastal Waters 107 is a studio that can accommodate up to 4 guests, need more space? NO PROBLEM! This unit can be combined with unit 106, the adjoining door allows you to easily combine both units and can sleep up to 8! please contact us for more details and pricing on combining both units!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave. Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! Fabulous poolside condo. Close to good food, however I prefer closer to Flagler Avenue. But it was a quick Uber so no complaints about location. It was clean. Pool was nice. Parking was close n checkin easy

A lot of updates needed. No amenities to start off the stay. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. A little start off package would have been appreciated.

The tv in the bedroom didn't work. The door would not lock from the outside. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. I reported all these things but nothing was done to correct them

Was fine for a night

We stayed here 1 night. It was just a girls night after all day at the beach. It was fine for that. The room is very small. Overwhelming smell of bleach when we entered. There was hair frozen to the back of the refrigerator wall, and someone elses receipt for a golf cart rental was left by the cleaners. This had that persons name and DL# on it. Just left on the dresser after cleaning. Beds we comfy and clean. It was ok for a night.

I had family staying in a nearby house. This was the perfect spot for me to stay. The location was convenient to everything. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Horrendous

Terrible communication, not helping, run down, extremely dirty, both beds had sand in them, in the sheets, dirty towels were still hung in bath upon arrival. No parking anywhere near the hotel , not even pay parking. Next to no communication. Worst vrbo stay ever.

NSB Weekend

Nice place to stay. The room is by the pool, so if you want to take a nap in the afternoon, you will hear kids playing. Sheets were a little stiff, but everything was clean. Everything else was good. Would spend the night again.

Almost good

Older building but unit was clean. Coffee pot provided but no cups or coffee. There wasn't even a plastic cup for water. Bring your own soap for the shower since none was provided. Parking is a bit of an issue. Lot in front of building is small but there is a lot across the street for your use. Get in early since that gets full too!! We only slept there so can't comment on pool or beach.

Needs to be updated and remodeled. Rundown building.

Too many codes to remember for all doors you use often was confusing. The room wasn’t comfortable in furniture ex. Beds made huge noises everytime you sat on them . Not comfortable at all to sleep on them either. The shower wouldn’t stop running all night long and loud. And so was the air conditioner too loud to use. Thank god we had cold weather. They closed the pool the only day it was nice out to use? No parking and walking across the street when parking . It was taking your life in your hands with 4 lanes of fast traffic. No elevator either. Friends room was move due to dirty dirty conditions and they upgraded them to the 3 rd floor. Don’t do us any favors . Galling suit cases up 3 stories of stairs wasn’t great! Porch railing very rusty and the floors were very scary! Floors leaning to the center of the room. Never again and not recommended for vacation!

Short stay

We were only there a couple days but it was comfortable and quiet. Great ocean beach. We only had a studio apartment so no cooking but plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Liked it, but wanted to love it!

Location is fantastic. Pool is large with ocean views. Beach is a few steps away. The place could be a bit cleaner and more updated,though. Dehumidifier wasn't working. Dust is visible on the ceiling fan. Coffee machine is carafe only, we were hoping for pods. The host was very responsive and helpful. Self check in was a breeze. Our 4 star review is more like 4 and a half, honestly. We will gladly come again with the hope for a tiny improvement.Thanks!
