Beautiful clean condo. Very convenient to shopping and yummy breakfast right across the street. The view from the balcony was great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They provided almost anything you could need. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to answer our questions. When we come back to this area we will stay here again.

Great spot

This was a perfect spot for a couple, beautiful condo and a great balcony to watch the waves. Bring only your personal items, everything you may need is here including beach chairs. Would definitely stay here in future.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. The pool and beach were not crowded, and the location was great. I would recommend this property to any couple who wants to enjoy some quiet and relaxing time at the beach.

Perfect for two

This was awesome to place to for my husband and me. We condo is well furnished and just absolutely perfect for our vacation. Debbie is very easy to work with and when we return to New Smyrna we will definitely check her listing first!

When we arrived some of the cleaning had not been completed up to par but the host was quick to make everything perfect! The condo was exceptional and we would definitively come again.

Great first experience in New Smyrna Beach

I had never been to Florida before, but the pictures of this condo enticed me. And it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean and well-stocked to meet all our needs. Easy beach access was a bonus.I recommend that the owner consider fixing/upgrading the keypad to unlock the front door. It did not always work properly the first time the code was entered.Nevertheless, I recommend this place to anyone visiting NSB.

Worked Well for Family Reunion

My daughter and I stayed at Debbie's condo. It worked well for our reunion with other family members who stayed in other condos at Coral Reef. The pavilion and swimming pool as well as proximity to the beach were perfect for visiting. All facilities were good - memory foam mattress was comfortable and couch worked fine also. Debbie was very helpful and fast in resolving a wi-fi problem. Patio had plenty of seats. Eclectic decor was very interesting.

Awsome stay!

Enjoyed everything. Condo very nicely done and clean. Living space very comfortable. Had any type of appliance I would think of using. Easy access to pool, beach, shuffleboard. Liked that it was on the no drive section of NSB so bike riding was fun. Great stay.

Beach Get Away

My wife and I were looking for a short beach get away in New Smyrna Beach. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Excellent communication with owner before and during the visit. Great quiet location with plenty of parking. Everything was as described; well stocked, newly renovated kitchen, with a great ocean view from the balcony. Bed and couch in living room were both very comfortable. Separate areas in the bathroom were a plus. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Would recommend and definitely come back in the future.

Easy , clean and suited our needs well.

Enjoyed our visit and the photos were spot on. Pros-Good communication. With owner and VRBO. Unit is very Well stocked and quite clean. Easy access to unit and it is on top floor so nice quiet location. Comfy bed and large comfy couch. Large Dining table and breakfast bar with 4 stools. Good ocean view from patio that has nice teak furniture. Games are available and tv was large, clear and has good cable choices with some premium channels included such as golf channel. In contrast BR is light and airy. Comfy bed and lots of storage available. Walk in fully tiled shower and sink areas were nice. Closets were roomy. All appliances were working well and the keurig was perfect to start the day with. Just a few easy steps to the clean and large beach. Outside of building is kept clean and complex khas plenty of parking. A good stay. Cons-open LR and DR area was a bit dark inside for our personal taste ( with no lights on) but owner has provided accurate photos so this was no surprise. - one window shade had been taken down and was not rehung before we arrived. Toilet ran several times after use. Hole in wall behind couch could be patched ( we saw it when getting a great hole game the owner provided -had fun with that!). None of these were ever big issues for us and so did not impede our otherwise enjoyable stay. These are just little things that perhaps could be addressed in advance for future guests.

Vacation was short but SWEET.

We love taking our Anniversary vacations at New Smyrna Beach. We have found Castle Reef to be a great location. This is the second time we stayed in this condo and would gladly stay there again. The owner is very accommodating.

Great get away

The property was as advertised, clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and the view of the beach from the balcony was actually better than the pictures. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access.

Weekend stay

Location, view and access to beach were great. As other reviews stated the bed was very soft so that may not be too everyone’s liking. The kitchen was very well equipped and beach chairs were available. I enjoyed sitting out in the patio and watching the waves.
