The space
Boho Beach House is BRAND NEW along with everything in it! A Bohemian vibe was the inspiration along with quiet and comfortable luxury. The spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, great for families or couples. There is enough parking for 4 cars, a washer/dryer is provided (2 laundry pods included), high speed WiFi internet and cable tv, large outdoor patio with hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table w/umbrella and lounge area for entertaining.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower head. A sitting chair and desk are provided for anyone who needs to get a little work done.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and plenty of space with a nice view.

The third bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds perfect for kids. We have included a pack-and-play (sheets NOT provided) and a highchair for the kiddos.

The loft upstairs has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep two. Bedding is provided and is stored in the tv cabinet. Guests will need to pull out the bed and make themselves.

The second full bathroom w/tub is upstairs for guests.

We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tissue, paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom. All towels and linens are washed with unscented/no dye laundry detergent in consideration for our guests with sensitivities or allergies.

The main living area is an open concept with 2 leather couches and a huge tv to watch movies or the big game. The loft upstairs has a comfy couch and large tv for hanging out or playing games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a wonderful meal or grill outdoors on the BBQ (propane included) for a quick meal after the beach. Sugar, creamer and a few Keurig coffee pods and tea bags are provided. (Keurig, coffee pot, tea kettle available)

The backyard patio has a new hot tub, hanging chair, lounge seating, dining table w/umbrella, patio games and string lights to enjoy into the night.

Surf boards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and a wagon are in the garage and available for the short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach!

Guest access
Keyless entry is provided and a unique code will be sent to you the day before check-in. The property sits behind another house and is very private and quiet. There is a white gravel easement that you turn off the main road to access the house. The entire home is yours to enjoy for your beach vacation!
