Bienvenue à 411 Pilot House au Village. Récemment rénové. Location haut de gamme. * VEUILLEZ NOTER * IL YA ACTUELLEMENT DES TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION SONT À PROXIMITÉ D'UN NOUVEAU BÂTIMENT En entrant dans cette unité, vous serez enchanté par ce condo complètement mis à jour. Tout a été mis à niveau de la porte d'entrée à la belle grande terrasse. Le propriétaire a utilisé des couleurs chaudes de l'océan et un superbe thème de plage. Rien ne vaut mieux que cela pour des vacances en Floride! 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain au prix d'une unité d'une chambre. Il contient 843 pieds carrés. Cuisine complète avec bar, salle à manger pour 4 personnes. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse de la cuisine dans le placard. Vaisselle, couverts, verrerie et batterie de cuisine fournis. Une cafetière Keurig et d'autres petits appareils sont disponibles avec ce condo. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin! La chambre principale a un lit King, salle de bain attenante, télévision à écran plat, tous les meubles mis à jour. Den zone a un ensemble de nouveaux lits superposés. Il y a une autre salle de bain complète avec douche, lavabo et toilettes hors du salon. Ceci est une excellente unité pour les petites familles. Les draps sont fournis. Vous pouvez profiter de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle de l'intimité de votre propre balcon. Cette unité spacieuse, située au 4ème étage de la maison pilote, est une location PARFAIT. Un étage plus bas vous mène à l’étonnante piscine, aux bains à remous, au grill et à la salle de sport. La maison des pilotes, en raison de son emplacement à l'avant du village, est l'un des complexes «préférés» de la station. Décoré dans un décor de style attrayant de South Beach, l'unité est située au cœur de toute l'action, y compris du centre de conventions. Le village fourmille de vie et de divertissement. Les choix de restaurants abondent. La musique joue tous les soirs sur la place, dans la discothèque Famous Door ou dans le Rum Runners, où le piano-bar se dispute. C'EST UNE VACANCES OU DES MEMOIRES SONT TRANSPORT DANS UN STATION COMPORTANT CETTE LOCATION - Le propriétaire et Destin Memories participent au service de tramway dans l’ensemble du complexe. Great vacation spot

The condo was as pictured. Location was super convenient to shops and restaurants in the village and to the beautiful pool, hot and cool spas, and work out center. Phyllis was friendly and helpful. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Great Location

Great location, close to amenities. Property manager was attentive.Beds were very uncomfortable. Dishwasher did not work. Note: there is no TV in the bedroom with the bunk beds.

Cute Place

This was a nice place right in Baytowne Wharf. We didn’t use many of the amenities because all of our activities were in Destin, but it was nice and quiet. Only complaint is the racist poster in the kitchen with pictures of sambos (black people with giant lips) and Indians, it doesn’t even match the beach decor.

Baytowne Wharf - Excellent Stay!

This was an excellent location with easy access to the beach and everything surrounding the Sandestin area. When it says it's a "4-5 minute walk" to the pool and the baytowne wharf village, it's basically steps to both! The room was exactly what we needed for a family of three. Easy access & very uncomplicated process through and through. Only recommendation, just like the other reviews, is the bed. A little too firm for both of us sleeping on it, but can't really complain.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo! Worked great for a family with kids. Close to restaurants, activities, and pool. We visited during Hurricane Michael and therefore had to follow the mandatory evacuation orders. The owner contacted us and was very helpful about the evacuation orders. Wish we could have stayed for the full duration of our trip.

Loved the convenience

Like many other reviews said, the beds were really uncomfortable. Even my 5 year old said his bed wasn’t comfy and he was ready for his bed at home (which is not an expensive mattress at all). Everything was very clean. There was a slight musty smell. Loved that we could just walk to restaurants and shops or take the tram to the beach. It is surprisingly quiet. We did not hear the neighbors or outside noise at all and we were there during a festival. Would definitely book again if they get some better mattresses!

Awesome Floor Plan

I love this layout. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was the selling feature. Make sure you pack a nighlight for this room. There isn't a window. I gave this place a perfect score because there wasn't a furniture option lol. My only complaint would be the master bed. It is like sleeping on plywood and left us hurting pretty bad, every morning. A mattress topper would be an easy fix.

Great location

We only stay at Sandestin when we visit Destin/Miramar beach. As kids got older we keep getting a bigger place. We stayed 4 nights. Managment answers faster than any other host i’ve stayed at. It’s clear by instructions that theres no condiments at all in the house not even salt. But there is enough pans, 2 types of coffee machines, a very nice toaster that made me realize i need a new toaster. Being able to wash my clothes before leaving was great. This place is located in the heart or Baytowne. Yet pretty quiet place. The 1 and only issue, the MATTRESS!!! Lawrd have mercy my spine is devastated and i cant move my neck without pain. Other than that Flinstones Mattress , it was all great.
