deuxième condo lumineux et aéré de-chaussée se trouve côté de l'océan à l'angle de 30th Street et Baltimore Ave. Cette unité a été entièrement rénové de 2011. La plage est à quelques 400 pieds de marche. Boardwalk est 4 rues de là. Cette unité est située dans un emplacement privilégié. Marche pour Fishtales, Jolly Rogers, Cantina Mère et Higgins Crab House.


Notre famille condo amicale a un porche couverte avec vue sur l'océan et beaucoup de gens à regarder. Les installations comprennent 2 lits queen, deux jumeaux, un double et un retrait de la reine. Deux salles de bains, grand salon, cuisine et salle à manger. Comprend une connexion Wi-Fi, air conditionné, machine à laver / sèche-linge et la télévision par câble. Tony was a wonderful host and very communicative throughout our trip. The location was perfect for our family… it’s just a block from the beach and a block from Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Water Park which was super convenient and easy to keep our kids busy. The house was comfortable, check-in was super easy. Lots of parking available too. One thing to note is that it can get a little loud at night with motorcycles or loud cars going by but we expected that when staying in such a busy location. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it!

A great condo with all the necessities in a great location. The living room and kitchen were very stocked; had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay and amazing host!

This space is wonderful and very spacious for a family vacation! Close walk to the beach, several restaurants and Jolly Roger’s amusement park! The host is very accommodating and has constant open communication! Highly recommend!

Great location for Ocean's Calling

My lady friends an I were able to feel right at home in this cute little condo. Made some great meals, walked to our events and easy beach access. Parking was zero issue. All was safw and wonderful

Amazing host, perfect location !

I had an amazing experience staying at this home in OC MD. The host was top notch through and through, communication was as good as it gets, accommodations were more than adequate and the location was about as good as you want to get in OC MD! Amazing restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was about as short of a walk as you can get. I will definitely be visiting again, in the very near future! Treat yourself to a great experience and amazing hosts!

Very nice condo!

My family rented this unit and another in the same building. Both units were well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Owner Tony and his maintenance staff were very responsive to all our needs and questions. It was a very short walk to the ocean, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was perfect for our group of seven girls! It was incredibly clean, bright, freshly updated and in a great location...steps from the beach, entertainment and places to eat. The small deck on the condo was adorable, with comfortable seating for hanging out. Our host, Tony, was extraordinarily responsive right from the moment we booked the place. He made check-in and check-out clear and convenient, and he was available to answer any questions the entire week. This was a perfect beach stay for the group!

Great Location

We had a great stay. Quick walk to the beach and other restaurants and attractions. Floors were pretty dirty (my babies hands and feet were very dirty from crawling around) but clean and inviting otherwise. Tony was very responsive and accommodating, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We’d definitely stay again!

The getaway was amazing.

The location and environment were great. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the rental. We spent the first hour sweeping and wiping down surfaces. We notified Tony and he was looking into his cleaning crew.
