Welcome to LaLa's Beach House!

This charming 3rd-floor guest suite is your cozy retreat in the heart of New Smyrna Beach! Located just a 2-minute walk to the beach via convenient public access across the street, you can enjoy sunrises, surf, and sand in no time. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or soak up the coastal charm, everything is within easy reach.

The space is perfect for a couple or small family, with a spacious bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed and a bonus flex room with a full-size bed—ideal for an additional guest or a quiet reading nook. The large bathroom includes a gorgeous clawfoot soaking tub and walk-in shower for that relaxing, spa-like experience.

Kick back in the inviting living area with a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for evenings in. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster—ideal for prepping quick meals and beach snacks. Absolutely incredible stay! We had a slight issue with the AC one night and Jake was on top of it!! The cutest place to stay that is perfect for the 2 of us and our pup!! Will be coming back again!

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. This location was perfect! We were very close to the beach and also easy walking distance to Flagler Ave where all the shops & restaurants were (but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic). The space had everything we needed, including a small outdoor patio, and the property manager was very responsive. Although listed as a 2 bedroom, it was more of a very large (and nice) studio with a separate small room that had a bed (which you walk through to get to the studio). But it worked just fine for us and we would totally stay there again.

Loved it!

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The ease of the elevator, the washer and dryer. The view from the patio; we loved it all. Will definitely be back! Jake and Dawn were great to work with!

Property was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and helpful with everything that I needed. The furniture/bed was very comfortable. I loved the location which was close to the beach that you can drive on. Also only minutes from "The Garlic" Italian restaurant, which is wonderful.

Excellent property and facilities in a gorgeous house a minute from the beach. So much room and everything you could possibly need. Private elevator was an added bonus, never had that before. Absolutely loved it.

Perfect location!

A last minute trip to visit family in the area. The property was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been any better! Proximity to local shops, restaurants and the beach made it a smooth and enjoyable couple of days! Host, Jake, was on top of communication! Comfortable and Cozy!!

The house was perfect for our needs, small but perfectly comfortable and cozy for the 3 of us!! It was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing! My grandson just had to take a bath in the beautiful clawfoot tub! The balcony/deck was perfect for early mornings with coffee and a book, and I spent many hours out there! Being a block from the beach, and close to town was also really nice! All the little extra touches like a snack basket, laundry soap, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas, were unexpected but very much appreciated!!! It was a wonderful time!!! Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality with us!!

Long weekend with the kids

The place was very cute. It was located a short distance from the beach and it was an easy walk to Flagler Avenue. We loved the welcome basket with all the treats! The only thing I would say is that the online description of the beds did not match up what was provided. We still had plenty of room and everyone slept comfortably. I think it was an error.

Jake was great to deal with. Place was amazing. Best location and price we could have hoped for. Walking distance to everything on Flagler Avenue. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable king size bed. Private patio. Huge bathroom. We loved it.
