Welcome to LaLa's Beach House!

This charming 3rd-floor guest suite is your cozy retreat in the heart of New Smyrna Beach! Located just a 2-minute walk to the beach via convenient public access across the street, you can enjoy sunrises, surf, and sand in no time. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or soak up the coastal charm, everything is within easy reach.

The space is perfect for a couple or small family, with a spacious bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed and a bonus flex room with a full-size bed—ideal for an additional guest or a quiet reading nook. The large bathroom includes a gorgeous clawfoot soaking tub and walk-in shower for that relaxing, spa-like experience.

Kick back in the inviting living area with a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for evenings in. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster—ideal for prepping quick meals and beach snacks. Outside, enjoy the backyard with a hammock and grill—great for winding down under the Florida sun. You'll have your own private entrance and driveway in a peaceful, laid-back neighborhood.

Fantastic getaway

Extended our spring trip to include 3 days at this gem!. Everything is there for you, king size comfy bed, comfy couch, flat screen tv, gorgeous bathrooms with a soaker tub. The elevator was an added plus, especially being a senior. I'd love to stay here again.

Loved it!

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The ease of the elevator, the washer and dryer. The view from the patio; we loved it all. Will definitely be back! Jake and Dawn were great to work with!
