This condo is amazing! The kitchen was a dream and the balcony overlooking the gulf is awsome. It was so nice waking to the morning sun coming in the sliding door in the bedroom. The owner is attentive and so nice! My husband and I are hoping to make this a yearly trip!

Great condo in a great location. Glad I chose this spot, condo is updated and modern with an excellent beachfront view and right next door to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions, but still peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet swim in the pool or sit out on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. This condo has the best of everything in amenities, location and comfort. One of the most well stocked vacation rentals I’ve been to, with every convenience you may need. Condo complex is older and modest, but very well maintained. Note: There are no elevators, so some people may have trouble with 2nd and 3rd floor units if stairs are an issue.

We had a great stay! Super convenient for things in the kitchen to being right on the beach! The bed was so comfortable the whole place is a very homey vibe I can’t wait to visit next summer!

This was our first time visiting south padre island and it was an amazing stay! Cheryl is a very responsive host with a beautiful home RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The condo is on the second floor and an end unit which is right next to Bar Louie’s. We enjoyed some live music right from our balcony which was wonderful. The condo is clean and modern, with cute beachy decor. All of her pictures are true to life. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices, and wine glasses to pots/pans and even an air fryer! We didn’t utilize it, but we were very surprised to see it as an option! The king size bed was super comfortable and shower updated very nicely. The 2 identical pools on the property were clean and very refreshing after a day in the heat and sun. We used the FREE transit all week making a rental car unnecessary, and highly recommend the dolphin tours at Isla tours. The condo is across the street from Sea Turtle, inc and SPI Birding and nature center which we explored and were very enjoyable, educational experiences for all ages. Highly recommend this condo with Cheryl and if we return some day, would definitely look to stay here again! Thank you, Cheryl, for a comfortable, memorable vacation!

This property is lovely and well done. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The location is great and the views are amazing. We had breakfast or dinner on the balcony each night and had the ocean waves as our backdrop. The fireworks kick off from the pier so you have a front row view every Friday and Saturday night. There is a beach chair and umbrella rental spot right on the beach so you don’t have to pack your own if you don’t want to. It’s also located right across the street from the turtle sanctuary, which was a treat and within walking distance of several great restaurants. We hope to be back soon. It was the much needed getaway we needed.

This property was spectacular!!! Ocean front with all amenities including an unbelievably stocked kitchen. Decorated beautifully and updated. The patio was an amazing place to watch the sunrise. Access to the beach was a bonus with entry gate that requires code and shower to rinse off. Very well insulated as there is a bar next door that we didn't even hear. Grounds were beautifully kept with a very nice pool. Location wise...close to everything and walking distance to a few beach bars. Contact and responses from Cheryl were great. Highly recommend as we will be back again!

This condo had every thing we needed for a perfect vacation. The view of the gulf is impeccable. Everything inside the condo was neat as a pin and super clean. Plenty of towels !! We enjoyed our stay very much.

I accidentally left with her pillow case. The bed linens need to be replaced and pillows too. We went to Wall Mart and bought new pillow cases to use. When I left I took one of hers by mistake. I need to know how to return it. She is outstanding with any concerns we had. The Toliet broke and she had a plumber there in 30 minutes. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture great! Deck furniture wonderful. We will go back!

Amazing stay, easy check in and great communication! The beachfront ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and we loved having balcony access from both the living room and bedroom. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Extra comfy bed & lots of extra amenities (*only 2 rolls of t.p).Security was a huge plus!! They actively checked wristbands, monitored beach access, and enforced parking so there were always spots available. (It’s worth noting that if you are there during spring break Clayton’s and Louie’s nearby can get busy and a bit loud, but honestly, it wasn’t bothersome inside the condo at all. If anything, it added to the fun…we enjoyed the music and a little people-watching from the balcony!) Chairs, etc for the beach were a great bonus!We loved it so much we extended our stay and were so thankful that 208 was available. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
