Great Spot!

The property was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Conveniently located to Nissan Stadium (we were in town for a concert there) and close enough to Broadway if we wanted to walk.

Family Birthday celebration

The property was as described & pictured. We enjoyed this location to explore Nashville. The amenities helped to make for an enjoyable stay and Mark as our host was responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - not in the chaos of Broadway, nice view on the water, and easily walkable to a lot of areas. Host was very communicative during booking and our stay. We had all the things we needed at the condo. Loved having a couple bathrooms and a relaxing area for coffee in the morning - inside or on the deck. Only thing to note: the bunk bed room opens to the living room/kitchen area at the top of one wall so it's not fully private. Not a big deal for us but worth mentioning. Was a great trip and would definitely stay there again!

Nashville Experience

The location was great close to major attractions. The place is beautiful and beds are very comfortable. Great river view from balcony! Would stay here again without question! Host was accommodating and provided excellent communication.

The condo was amazing!! Plenty of room for 8 ladies to have a comfortable place to rest. The kitchen was very well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at Riverwalk

The Riverwalk condo was great, location was a short walk or Uber to Broadway. Condo was very clean, and spacious, with a great view of the river. The train bridge was right there, but we had no issues with the train noise, it was actually interesting to watch. A great place to stay.

21st Birthday Celebration

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my daughters birthday with all of her siblings. The condo was beautiful and Mark was so responsive to all of our questions. Next time we go back to Nashville, I will be staying at this place again!

Great 21st Bday Getaway

We had a great stay in this apartment for our daughter’s 21st birthday weekend. We walked one day to Broadway and back and then Ubered the second night since to was colder. It’s about a 17-20 minute walk. The apartment was clean and inviting and parking/access were great, too.

River Gem

Really enjoyed our time at this location. If you enjoy some River traffic and trains this is the place. The unit is well setup and very convenient to both Broadway and Germantown. Will definitely consider again when in Nashville.

Girls weekend.

The rental unit was a very nice location along the river with great views. We enjoyed the balcony, even if it was a little chilly. Communication with the homeowner was exceptional. It was nice to have two bathrooms, especially with five ladies. Very nice apartment.

Girls Trip

It was the cutest place, great view of the Cumberland River. Could have been a little cleaner. The beds were fantastic, but the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. We were snowed in and had to extend our stay for 2 additional days so we spent most of our time in the condo; a lot of sitting. Other than that isn’t a great place to stay. I would rent it again

Daughters 21st Birthday

Property was clean, shower had good water pressure, washer and dryer was nice to have and use, spacious enough for 6 adults, fortunately enough for us are adult daughters didn’t mind sleeping in same room with their parents. Bathrooms were spacious. Safe area as police station is a block away, we had no issues walking at night as a group. You do have to punch in a code to park in garage and every door to access elevator and condo, only suggestion I would make is an endless hot water heater, as with six people we had to time out our showers so everyone got a hot shower. We enjoyed are stay, Broadway was about 15 min walk, and there is a restaurant called Johnathan’s, that was really good, and drinks were less than 10, and a 5 min walk from condo

Nice 2BR condo with river view

We were on a quick girls trip. The two bedroom worked great for us. One bedroom had a king. The other had a bunkbed. Big bathrooms. The view was nice of the river and bridge. Small balcony that we didn't use because it was cold. You do hear the train but its not bad. Just a low rumble unless it's brakes squeak. There was one assigned parking spot but lots of visitor parking in the parking garage that we could use. No problem with parking.

Good spot for a quick trip to Nashville

Overall the experience was good. The parking spaces were a little unclear, but Mark was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very nice. However in the bedroom with the king bed, the lights outside the condo were very bright and the blackout curtains did not keep all the light out. Make sure to bring a sleep mask! It is right on the Cumberland river which was very serene, but the train bridge had trains crossing all throughout the day and night but once we got used to it, it wasn’t too bad. It was perfect for a quick trip to Nashville and was pretty close driving distance to broadway. Mark and Erin were excellent hosts and I would book with them again.
