Our listing accurately describes the home's layout and sleeping arrangements. The property accommodates up to 10 guests and includes 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 4 twin beds, exactly as advertised and shown in our listing photos. We encourage guests to review the photos and description before booking to ensure the home is the right fit for their group. The kitchen is fully stocked for the advertised occupancy and includes cookware, measuring cups, utensils, and two complete sets of dinnerware and cutlery for 10 guests. Like most vacation rentals, dishes are intended to be washed and reused throughout a stay. During your first day, you let us know that one stool was wobbly. We responded immediately by bringing two replacement stools along with a complimentary case of bottled water to ensure you had everything you needed. We were surprised to later read that the property did not meet your expectations, as no further concerns were raised during the remainder of your week-long stay, which unfortunately gave us no opportunity to address them. As for the exterior, our home is located on a beautiful wooded property in Florida. We have regular professional pest control, but due to our natural surroundings and Florida's climate, occasional seasonal insects such as spiders, wood-boring bees, and wasps can sometimes be present outdoors, particularly after periods of rain. We appreciate your positive comments regarding our communication, easy check-in, fast Wi-Fi, and the beautiful grounds.
