Perfect

This has made several times we have used this rental. I had forgotten how well stocked it was both the kitchen and beach needs. Very clean and perfect for our family trip to STA. Parking is right at the door, used Walmart + and door dash for deliveries, but restaurants and grocery are very close. The only thing we were disappointed in was the weather. It stays on our favorite list!!

Family getaway

My family booked a stay here to be near Marineland while my daughter attended camp. This was a great location and welcoming condo. Patty was very sweet and understanding when we had a miscommunication regarding booking. Overall we had a great time!

The place was great. The guest bedroom had two singles that are not ideal for 4 adults, so I would consider changing one single to a double bed.

Home Away from Home in St. Augustine

The condo was perfect place to spend a long weekend in St. Augustine. The beach was only a short walk away and the chairs, cart and towels provided was everything you needed to enjoy a day in the sand. Patty and Harry were very responsive and provided a very well stocked & very clean apartment. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Great property

Enjoyed the visit. Everything as described and in good condition. The walk to the beach was a little further than I'd prefer, but it was fine and mostly along a wood pathway. A beach cart is available to help. Would stay here again!

St Augustine

we loved this property! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back although I may try and get a first floor unit as it may be easier with my dogs. The beach was empty and beautiful and we biked to town and enjoyed the close by restaurants as well. Everything we wanted to see was a short Uber, Drive or bike ride away. I highly recommend this condo!

Good Location

Enjoyable stay. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. A bit of a walk to the beach. However you can pay $10 to access the beach with your car/truck. Enjoyed having the pool close on the windy days.

Awesome week!

Amazing property! Patty and Harry have thought of everything needed for the perfect vacation, even making this beautiful condo pet friendly . Very clean, fully stocked w/ quality items. (Some rentals you feel like are furnished from second hand garage sale) Easy loading from second floor parking deck to front door. We love driving onto Butler Beach to spend day relaxing and fishing. We do a lot of rentals in the area and this condo will go on our list of favorites!

Great place for a relaxing weekend
