House was good. Maintenance was due on a lot of items. Dirty dishes and laundry were left for us when we arrived. Sugar provided by coffee smelled suspicious.

Area was safe and quit at night. Hot tub was an added treat. Pool was too cold to enjoy this time of year. Home is conveniently located to store, restaurants and parks.

Nice property with plenty of space to spread out and have fun. Pool was excellent and my husband and son enjoyed playing pool daily. Host was very responsive to questions we had. Great location and close to NYTEX Center.

Great family weekend

House was very clean and host's combination was good. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the pool table was definitely an added bonus. Would book again.

House in Watauga

This house served our needs but is in need of some attention. The carpet is badly stained and the plants in the back yard around the pool and porch are all dead. The pool is nice and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning lady was still cleaning the house at 4:00 when we were able to check in. That didn’t prevent us from checking in we just expected that to be done before check in time.

Everything about our stay was nice from checking in. To the cleanliness of the house, the pool was really nice and my family and I had a really good time.

Perfect for family

Although this trip was only my wife and I, we couldn’t help but think we have to bring the kids back to stay. Sizable house can accommodate a family easily. Convenient location was within 10 to 15 minutes of all things DFW. Neighborhood was quiet, pool was sparkling, hot tub, relaxing.

Family Holiday Visit

My husband and my son book the house to visit family. We thought this would be the perfect location between family members to meet for swimming, dinners, and family time. We booked the house based on 3 people staying at the house which is the only people that stayed. We received messages through the app that we had over 3 people at the house. They said we were outside past quiet hours (which are not posted or notified to us). The messages came through the app which I did not get until many days later. We moved everything outside at night and we were unnecessarily harassed for family visiting and not staying. The house was booked for the entertainment but we were not allowed to enjoy it. The house is outdated without working lights in many rooms including the master closet. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend!

Beautiful stay

We loved the relaxing experience this home gave to us! It felt like home away from home. All the appliances worked, clean and neat, plenty of towels which I loved. Safe and peaceful neighborhood! Only thing is there should be a bug zapper and an inspecter, door net because there was lots of mosquitoes and June bugs flyin out back

Texas GetaWay from Arizona

The home was beautiful and had more than enough space for our group. The property manager was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The reason for the 4-star review on the overall (instead of 5) was due to the first room in the home being very warm if the doors were closed. We found a fan on our last night that helped a lot, but it would’ve been nice if a fan was already in the room or if we had been informed ahead of time.Also, while we totally understand the need for security cameras, there was one facing the pool, which felt a little invasive since there were no children in our group. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to consider — maybe repositioning the camera or giving guests the ability to disable recording when the pool is in use.Other than that, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Good family trip

Upon arrival the property was not accessible as the door code was not changed to the code we were given. After 15 minutes it was corrected. House was generally as advertised. There were a few cleaning issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. Hot tub was small, yard needs attention. We still liked the location and ammenities the house had

Family Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and relax during our son’s wedding weekend. It was located well, central to all of the venues for the weekend events and was the perfect size for 8 of us. Very clean and well-appointed. Was too cool to swim but the pool was beautiful and everything was well maintained. Host was prompt to respond when I had questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!!
