When your toes aren't dug into the sand, head for Lost Treasure Golf, Northside Park, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, and Fenwick Island State Park.

When you need an escape from the sun, the bright interior of your retreat welcomes you with open arms. Lined with nautical-themed decorations, every inch of this condo is ready to host special family memories. Every convenience you need is here, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

Play a board game or two, whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly, sleep soundly each evening under the plush linens in each of the bedrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
