The renters were very difficult with their stay. They rearranged the furniture, and didn’t put it back the way it was, when they left. I bought a new microwave because they were not satisfied with the existing microwave. I sent them a check to compensate for putting the new microwave on the shelf. I did everything I could to satisfy them. The condo is a beautiful condo in decor, and the inter-coastal waterway view is amazing. The condo is very well stocked with supplies. I have repeated renters because it is a bit of Paradise.

Host was very responsive if we had questions. It's a nice little place. There was walkway refinishing going on so it was kind of loud on weekdays, but that should be over in another week or 2. Otherwise it was very quiet. Fast wifi too. Thank you!

A nice stay

Condo was very comfortable , we had a nice stay. The pool and walking trail were a nice bonus. The condo could use some updating. otherwise every thing was great!

Home Away from home

The condo was very well equipped and Brenda was wonderful to deal with. Complex is in a great area with just a short drive to the beach. Was awesome to have a beautiful pool in our courtyard. We had an amazing month! Thanks for sharing your place with us Brenda!

2 months in Largo

Overall the property was great and appeared just as listed! It had everything you would need. Easy access to the pool, laundry, and beach area. Sound travels quite a bit in the complex but it was never too early in the morning or late at night.

Property was excellent

The property is in a very good location being quiet and peaceful. Brenda has equipped the unit with everything you would ever need. She was an exceptional host and did her utmost to make my stay enjoyable. Communication with her was excellent and when I had questions she would get back to me quickly. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely return in future.

Everything Positive!

Nice condo! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable one bedroom, larger space than most other one bedrooms. Overlooking the heated pool. Everyone here is friendly. Nice sitting area next to the inner coastal water. Pickle ball, hoarse shoes, shuffle board, and grilling areas. Can’t find anything to complain about.

Great place and will be staying again.

You could not ask for a better place to stay. Comfortable, clean, stocked with everything you would need along with a central location to shopping and restaurants. We have family in Pinellas but would rather be on our own to come and go. People were friendly in our complex. Communication with Brenda were excellent. I have been coming to this area for 6 years and it’s only to second one that was true to its listing. Come in put your things away and start enjoying your stay. Perfect location

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if ever had the need. The owner was very reachable anytime I had any questions. We met many nice people there too.

Exceeded expectations

I stay in this location in interactions with the owner of the property could not have been any better! Every expectation that I had from the very first day to the very last week exceeded! I would highly recommend this property to anyone but not just based on the property but also based on the ownership of said property.

Like the decor of Condo. Warm and Friendly

I have stayed at this condo. It is very nice. I loved looking at the water and watching the boats. The pool area was wonderful and the water was always nice and warm. I would recommend this to anyone. Clearwater Beach was very close and a fun place to visit. We found it easy to get around and plenty of great restaurants close to Condo.
