This super cute 1 bedroom unit is located on the second floor of a 100+ year old building in the Faubourg Marigny, just renovated in 2023 & features all new everything.

Located on the Streetcar line and 4 blocks of the French Quarter, walking distance to Bourbon & Frenchmen street and just steps from many great bars, jazz lounges on St Claude & St Bernard Ave.

Great conveniently located apartment

Great location, close to everything. Easy check in process. Walking distance to the train. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Great outdoor space. Couldn't use this time because of the heat. We would definitely book again. We would inquire about an apartment downstairs next time.

Not Safe this area should never be a vaca rental

We voice concerned of our safety and asked host/owner for refund. He did not respond for 21 hours. We are having a difficult time finding Customer service help through VRBO App and it was a holiday weekend so could not get through the phone at the time. I have pictures and screenshots of attempts.

Don't waste your time or money.

This location didn't look safe at all. We pulled up and couldn't believe it. People was hanging out on the corners and everything. We didn't even check in we took it as a loss. I do not recommend this location to nobody.

September in NOLA

Love the central air, clean room, safe area, very quiet and conveniently walk to French quarter day and night. A lot of stores and market near-by. Host always responsed to our needs and let us check in early

Cozy and CONVENIENT!!

This is a small space- perfect for 1 or 2 people, not more. It was cozy, quiet, had a good kitchen space and really nice bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. We didn't use the TV, but the internet worked well. Parking was on the street- but there was always a space right in front of the buildings no matter how early or late we were coming in, always super easy parking. The large convenience store literally around the corner was handy several times. It was also literally 3 blocks from the edge of the French Quarter- we drove all over NOLA, but it would have been easy to catch a bus or even walk if you were younger than we are LOL! I would highly recommend this space, the one advisory is that the stairs to the 2nd floor are outside and therefore get wet in the rain, so be careful of that.

I loved it!

Its was Perfect! Would definitely booked again. Great location and great communication. Super clean and cozy. Excellent host. The atmosphere everything New Orleans is a must. My partner and I had an amazing time!!!

home was very clean and well organized , neighborhood was good didn’t have any problems and very good manageable parking , felt at home at this place everything felt warm and cozy ! i really enjoyed my stay will be booking again .
