Bienvenue à PRIX ABORDABLES à Seagrove Beach! Le sable blanc et les eaux émeraudes vous attendent, alors préparez-vous pour profiter de tout ce que 30A et ses environs ont à offrir. Ceci est un emplacement de choix à proximité de la plage. C'est une promenade facile de 100 verges pour mettre les pieds dans le sable - pas de rues à traverser!

Nous proposons un condo loft avec de hauts plafonds. Il se trouve au dernier étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages. Le balcon orienté au sud offre une vue sur le golfe et le lac Deer. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des levers et couchers de soleil spectaculaires!

Vos équipements incluent Wi-Fi, Samsung Blue-ray, et la commodité supplémentaire de ne pas vous enregistrer à votre arrivée. La construction d'un ascenseur et d'un parking couvert et ombragé - premier arrivé, premier servi.

Il y a 2 grilles de charbon de bois de papeterie et des tables de pique-nique sur la pelouse. Les installations de blanchisserie sont au rez-de-chaussée avec de nouveaux laveuses et sécheuses à piÚces.

Le condo est accueillant et bien équipé. Il y a un confortable canapé-lit Queen en bas avec un tissu Sunbrella lumineux et Beachy. La cuisine a un évier mis à jour et comptoir en granit. L'étage est un lit de taille normale, une commode et une armoire.

Ce condo est situé sur le cÎté de la plage de 30A dans le village historique de Seagrove Beach. Vous allez adorer la sensation de ce condo et l'emplacement! Vous aurez accÚs à de magnifiques plages de sable blanc et aux eaux émeraude scintillantes du golfe du Mexique.

Nager, bronzer et se détendre à l'océan ou à la piscine. Explorez le parcours de santé de Scenic 30A qui mÚne aux communautés voisines de Seaside, Aquarelle, Grayton Beach et Rosemary Beach. Marchez ou faites du vélo depuis la plage ou 30A jusqu'à la réserve faunique de Deer Lake, un parc naturel non aménagé et un habitat cÎtier tranquille.

Seagrove offre deux lacs dunaires cĂŽtiers rares et un parc d'État avec des sentiers pĂ©destres et des vues spectaculaires sur les dunes et l'habitat naturel.

Pictures didn’t really do it justice. It was really cute and we were comfortable. Host was helpful and gave us good instructions. Pet friendly, had stairs for the pups and all outside areas were good for potty time. Pool was pretty and hot tub nice for soaking after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Great location that had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Nancy's place with our dog. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool is newly updated and quite lovely. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Nancy was helpful and very responsive. We had a great week.

Fantastic Place!!

We had a very peaceful stay, and the condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed (including a wagon and umbrellas for the beach). The location was perfect too--very close to the gulf with just a 2 minute walk--and Nancy was easily reached and very responsive and hospitable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we hope to stay there again soon!

Great stay, perfect location!

Had a wonderful stay, easy/short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants and stores! Condo was the perfect amount of space for my family, pool and grounds are beautiful and everything was very clean! Appreciate the community being very dog friendly and everyone we met (including locals that lived there) were all very helpful and kind! And Nancy is the perfect host and we appreciate her for sharing her home with us! We will be back!

Santa Rosa re-visit

The property was just as the listing description stated. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodations for sleeping and leisure activities. A short walk to the beach. All of the supplies needed for the beach were available in the unit. The elevator was a nice plus! The property is pet friendly which we appreciated.

Great location and great host

We love coming to stay at Beachfront 2. This is the second time we have stayed at Nancy’s and had everything we needed. Nancy was quick at responding and the place was clean and cozy. We were also allowed to check in a little early which is very convenient. Nancy’s place is an easy walk to the beach and the property is well maintained and very pet friendly. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to take it to the nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely book Nancy’s place again in the future.

Clean & Cozy - will stay again!!

Clean and cozy condo just steps away from the beach. This condo is located within biking distance of Seaside and Rosemary beaches. The host, Nancy, has everything you need: beach wagon with cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Nancy is so kind and such a thoughtful host. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

Great rental and great location

My husband and I came down for Labor Day and had a great stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and a great location to ride bikes around. The rental itself was clean, we had all of the appliances and such that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a smart tv so we could log into our streaming services as well. Overall, we had an excellent stay and great communication with our host and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little tight for three adults, but it worked out just fine and we had a great time. We have our favorite places all along 30a and this location was perfectly situated to easily visit Rosemary Beach, as well places we enjoy going to toward Grayton Beach, and everything in between. The condo is perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Very clean & convenient, great for dogs!

We had very specific requirements looking for a place to stay: south side of 30A to avoid crossing to go to the beach, small since only the two of us getting away for a week, dog friendly, & clean. This loft style condo checked every box. The location is perfect to get easily & quickly to the beach. The pool area is super nice. The pet area is very nice & convenient. Communication with Nancy was very easy- she responded quickly & kindly when contacted. Highly recommend if looking for a convenient, small condo that is pet friendly.

Convenient Location

Nancy’s home is such a cute & perfect place for a getaway. The home has charm and it easily suited our needs as well as our pups need - she had doggie stairs in the bedroom! Super close walk to the beach and just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the busy part of 30A. We definitely enjoyed our time and hope to be back in the near future!

Location location

We loved this location. Very convenient for the beach and close to all my favorite restaurants. The only thing I didn’t care for were the beds, both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also, there was no washer and dryer. Everything else was great. I took my 5 year old and my mom. Also, the whole place is super dog friendly!!
