Monarch is a coastal estate in Destin built for big groups and long days in the sun, with the beach a short walk away. Eight bedrooms sleep up to 20, so the whole crew can stay under one roof, and the setup works especially well for family reunions, celebrations, and group vacations.

The backyard is the main event. The huge pool has a Baja shelf for lounging in the shallows, waterfall features, and a swim-up bar, with a hot tub alongside. A covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, a TV, and seating makes it easy to cook and eat poolside, and the pool deck and yard give kids plenty of room to play. Pool towels and beach supplies are ready when you are, so heading from the pool to the sand takes just a few minutes.

Up top, the rooftop patio has wide-open views of the Gulf, and it's the spot for sunrise coffee and sunset gatherings.

Inside, the home is bright and beautifully designed, with wood-beamed ceilings, plenty of seating, and open spaces that let everyone gather or spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked and made for group meals, with multiple refrigerators, ice machines, and large dining tables so everyone eats together. The game room has a bar of its own, a pool table, foosball, and a Pac-Man arcade, which keeps the fun going long after dark.

The eight bedrooms include seven with king beds, plus a bunk room with four doubles and two twins that kids love. A bedroom with a king and two twins and a bonus room with two more twins add extra space. Guests often mention the comfortable beds and high-quality linens. Eight full baths and one half bath keep mornings moving, and laundry is on hand for longer stays.

Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores (including Whole Foods), and go-karts are all close by, and Henderson Beach State Park, Destin Commons, and HarborWalk Village are a short drive away.
