Relaxing, peaceful stay with incredible views

The house was impeccable with everything you need inside; staying on the deck watching the amazing view was our favorite to do to relax!

Beautiful and relaxing

Came here with six adults for a few days in early July. House is beautiful and kitchen is well stocked for cooking.. Really enjoyed sitting on the back deck with the gorgeous harbor view. Thankfully we brought a blow up mattress because the pull out couch is the type that has the Uncomfortable bar right across your back so could not use it. Sofa downstairs is long enough to sleep on for one person. Used kayak once but found the stairs to get to the water arduous. Plenty of great restaurants close by and it was not far of a drive to Newport.

RI Charm with beautiful views and a great location

Enjoy the peaceful unobstructed water views, the charm of New England in a home with history and character, and the convenience of a great location near wonderful restaurants and shops. The owner was so kind and thoughtful and easy to work with as well.

Peaceful getaway!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood — Ashley was a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed (and provided great recommendations)! You can see the lake from every room in the house, and the owners provide everything you might need. If you’re looking for a cozy slice of life on the lake, this is it!

Home away from home but better...

Back visiting RI after moving away 10+ years ago and found this little slice of heaven that I couldn't wait to book. Upon pulling up to this quaint and quiet neighborhood, the house was even more charming that the pictures. Once through the front door, it just keeps getting better. Not to mention the unbelievable view is like something out of a magazine. I will never forget waking up with coffee on the porch listening to the birds chirp and the quiet hum of boats passing by. My family and I had an incredible time and made some really special memories while we were all there and if we make a trip back we will definitely book here again. 10 out of 10!

Amazing

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. The house is amazing, lots of space and fantastic views! The kitchen had everything you could need, lots of extra pillows and blankets for the beds and kid friendly dishwasher. It really is the perfect family rental. We all had a place in the house that we could enjoy without being on top of each other and there was plenty of space in the kitchen, deck and living room to accommodate us for family time. One day it rained and the kids had the best time exploring the house and playing games. I loved sitting on the deck with my coffee or the kitchen table looking out the glass doors at the water. Can’t wait to come back!!

Little Piece of Heaven on the water

The house was so peaceful, calm, and adorable! Beautiful views to wake up to! We loved staying and would love to stay again in the future! It was fully stocked and ready to go, bedding was super comfortable for all the kids!

Perfect for us

This house is in a beautiful location. It was easy to get to Providence and the surrounding areas. The house itself was perfect for our short stay. There was plenty of room to relax, comfortable beds, plenty of extra bedding. I would highly recommend this house for years day.

Great Stay

It is a very charming place. The setting is lovely, right on the water. The home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped! The location was ideal, we went to Providence, Newport and Bristol, RI. Also East Greenwich is a charming town and had dinner there one night. I picked up my friend from the T. F. Green Airport and it was just minutes away from the house. Would definitely stay there again.

One of our favorite hidden spots in RI. You can't beat the view and the accommodations are so comfortable. It's a quick drive to the airport, close to beaches and a quick walk to historic East Greenwich. We'll be back!

Amazing Getaway to ring in the New Year and husband's Birthday

We came to RI for a kid-free weekend to ring in the New Year and celebrate my husband's birthday. The house is incredible - the views are stunning! The location was also perfect as we were only 15 mins from the airport, rented a car and went to Providence (22 mins away) and Newport (33 mins away). It was a fantastic stay and we hope to visit again! Ashley was also extra helpful with information and letting us know when the house was ready for check in!
