Brand new, modern home within minutes of the historic downtown and beach!

-> All ages welcome- pack n play stocked in the home
-> Family fun! Corn hole, darts, and ping pong table. Mini Golf Course just around the block!

-> Pet friendly with fully fenced yard
-> Top restaurants such as O'Steens, Black Fly, and Llama within walking distance

Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing fully private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Great Stay!

Property was very clean, host was very communicable, and rooms were comfy. Access to restaurants and the beach were all with less than 10 minutes! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Family trip

We arrived Friday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and easy to get to this property was. So close to many attractions (beach, lighthouse, miniature golf, convenience store, pharmacy) and fine dining. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and darts. The yard was well kept and plenty of out door, as well as indoor seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and prompt in all communication.

Wonderful home in perfect location

We came to St Augustine for a long weekend and had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home. The property is somewhat centrally located between the best beaches in the area, as well as the Old Town of St Augustine. You basically feel like you're staying in a 5-Star villa, with great outdoor spaces and a rear fenced in yard. Close by are some great restaurants, our favorite, Black Fly, is probably less than a mile away. We will definitely return and plan to stay longer!

Great Place to Stay

The house was just as described - modern, clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and in a great location for touring historic St. Augustine. The booking and check-in process were really efficient as was check out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for our group of 6. The fenced yard was great for our small dog. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Loved the short distance to drive across the bridge to the heart of the historic area. A plug for Mojo Taco - it is very close to the house and had yummy food. Also for O.C. White's, which had great food and free parking. All around wonderful experience!

AMAZING!

Amazing home!! Pictures don’t do this beauty justice ! It’s literally mins to downtown St Augustine! And right next to the lighthouse! Great communication with the owner very friendly! Beautiful home with stunning decor lovely balcony to have coffee or read a book! Lots of space!! Definitely would book again ! Highly recommend! ❤️

Beautiful, clean and great location

This has got to be one of the prettiest home we’ve ever stayed in. House was clean and had all we needed. Clean bedsheets, towels, bathroom toiletries, kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker, wine bottle opener, dishwasher with detergent, washer /dryer. They even had a pack and play if one needed. Just overall the house felt like home. Hosts did a great job with preparing the house for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. As for the Location, it was super close to the historic area AND the beach area which was great! I would recommend this property 100% to anyone who will be visiting the area. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family we had a great time celebrating my father’s birthday there.
