Louer nos Quaint studio Cottage deux blocs courts de notre belle plage de sable. Le studio Cottage se trouve juste à côté de la piscine creusée dans une jolie cour privée. Vous pouvez vous promener à la plage ou monter les vélos. Le studio peut accueillir deux, il est un studio d'une chambre dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et salle de bain complète. Wifi disponible, câble et plus ... Nous nous félicitons de pêcheurs, et. Pêche chartes locales disponibles. Nous sommes deux pâtés de maisons de la Route 98 et de deux miles de Mexico Beach. Découvrez nos plages de la côte oubliée. La ville historique de Port Saint Joe est à seulement sept miles à partir d'ici. Commerces et restaurants pittoresques. Non loin de Port Saint Joe, est la vieille ville de Appalachicola un must. Je pense qu'il est la capitale Oyster du Monde. Les huîtres les mieux préparés que vous avez jamais eu. It is an awesome location, very close to the ocean. Judith an amazing host. We enjoyed our time in the pool, and time with our dog on private back yard. We looking forward to come and visit this place again.

Simply the best!

Our stay was perfect! This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ms. Judith was probably the best host I’ve ever had over the years. She was attentive, sweet, and beyond hospitable. The cottage was cozy, the pool was nice, and ease and closeness to the beach were superb! The neighborhood was great as well especially for taking our dogs on evening walks.

A piece of Heaven

The property is located right where I wanted it, close to the beach. The cottage is a cutie..well kept and clean. The owners, a dekightful couple, are there to help you find your way arond and are very sociable! My stay was a blissful one and I am recommending it to all my friends. Going back very soon!

Perfect getaway!

The location and property were just perfect. Judy and Bill were both incredibly accommodating hosts, welcomed us and made us feel at home from the beginning. Easy beach access that is never too crowded, close to downtown port st. Joe and Apalachicola for exploring. Cottage had everything and the pool was excellent! Thank you again for sharing your space. Listing is misleading

This is a very small unit located 40 feet from the back of the owners house. Pool was dirty and check in was very complicated. No privacy. Got our money back from VRBO, who yreated us great

Lots of Charm!

Our cottage was at the rear of the property, separated by the swimming pool from the owner’s home, which gave us plenty of privacy. The hostess, Judith, was very hospitable and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her. The cottage is only a couple of blocks from the beach, and there was no trouble finding parking when we drove there. After spending time surfside, it was nice to come back to the pool. Restaurants are very convenient and options are many. We plan to come here again.

Just as Advertised

We travel to Florida every year (snowbirds) and try to find "old Florida" where we can. It is increasingly difficult. Port St. Joe and the associated beach are exactly that. And it is not because they were not affected by recent hurricanes, because they were. But rather than tear down and build 15 story condos and shopping malls, this community restored existing buildings and have limited most shore construction to private homes. Judy has a special place. It is an easy walk to the beach, but an easier drive. Free, plentiful beachfront parking is available There is a "concrete pond" style pool, which is also very old Florida and her rental unit behind the pool has everything you would need. It was rebuilt after the last hurricane, so it benefits from a new, modern bathroom and the mattress is so nice we asked what brand it was. Judy said others also ask her the same. The host spent much of her life in the hospitality business and she understands what it takes. Thanks!

Eclectic or eccentric. Lovely cottage

Ernest Hemingway. This is who I think when I'm trying to describe this place. Cozy tiny house in the tropical jungle-like secluded fenced backyard with a “concrete pond” style pool in between it and the owner's house. The cottage is full of artwork, books, DVDs, unigue furniture, charming and unique, a little dusty, but oh so convenient, lovely, and inviting!!!! The owner is a beautiful and very talented retired nurse with a huge love for furry babies. My 20-year-old daughter and I spent the most exotic holiday weekend and fell in love with this place! We were so happy to be able to bring our dogs with us. The owner has her own dogs and cats, and that was an absolute plus! The Quin-size bed had the most comfortable mattress. !!!! The decor of this place made me feel home-away-from-home. I personally own several similar items and was so glad to have my morning coffee from my favorite coffee cup!! You can find everything in other reviews that are very accurate. I just wanted to say, that this is not your ordinary rental property with luxury accommodations. This is so much cooler than that!!!!

Perfect Getaway

This is the perfect property to get away and relax! The cottage had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my own meals. The backyard/pool area was perfect for relaxing at. The house is a short 2 block (4 minute) walk to the beach. The white sand beaches were never overly busy or crowded. Bill and Judy were two of the nicest people! Judy had a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and grapes waiting for my on arrival. Then throughout the week brought me a delicious piece of cherry pie and chocolate chips cookies. Would highly recommended booking this cottage!

Great place to relax and feel at home

Bill and Judy make you feel like family. During our time there, she baked us muffins and crumb cake. They are awesome hosts. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. The pool is beautiful and will definitely go back again.

Relaxation and beach very close

We enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very hospitable. She had grapes, crackers, cheese and wine waiting for us upon arrival. The cottage was charming and just the right size for the two of us. Judy the hostess, made us feel welome. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed for the meals we prepared. The bed was comfortable. The private pool was clean and refreshing. The beaches were uncrowded..which was great. We found a great seafood restaurant less than 5 minutes away. We definitely hope to visit again.

Perfect Space for a quick getaway!

Took a quick 4 day weekend to celebrate the wife's birthday to relax and recharge the batteries. The cottage worked perfectly for the two of us. Judy and Bill were great hosts and the cottage was super clean with most of the amenities of home, plus a pool for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. Beach access was a short walk or quick drive away, local restaurants had just begun to open back up from COVID lockdown. If you need a place to reset and take a deep breath to reset from the stress of day to day life, don't miss this place. Save the extra cost of condos or houses and get spoiled by the hospitality of this listing.

Wonderful time

My 7 year old grandson and I stayed for a week. Judy and Bill were wonderful. Highly recommend. The beach is beautiful.

Happy Birthday to me!

Easy rental. Judy and Bill were so kind. Wine, grapes, cheese and crackers were waiting for us. The pool was amazing. A little warm inside though. The AC just wasn’t very cool.

Two weeks of home-away-from-home

Although I was in the area for future-business purposes, I am EVER so grateful to have chosen not just a properthy, but two of the coolest owners who went above-and-beyond to make my time in PortStJoe/StJoeBeach absolutely stellar. The 'cabana' was spacious, kitchen well stocked w/utensils & cookware, the view (and the pool) were an extra treat, as well as proximity to the beach and sunsets. Not only would I recommend this rental, I am definitely planning on returning someday and staying there again. Thank you Judy and Bill for providing such wonderful accommodations. Kind regards, Lin.

My husband and I are retired from our own Business. We had a antique guesthouse and cafe in the Caribbean, and also owned a quest cottage on Little Sodus Bay, Lake Ontario as well as, an Art Gallery and Cafe. So here we are in beautiful St. Joe Beach, and loving it..

We chose this area because a friend of min knew that I would really like it here. She was right. It's a little private getaway. what is also great about our area is that the beach is never crowded. It's a great place for Artists and Photographers, they have many subjects to capture in this area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Whats unique about this area is that the white sand beaches are so beautiful, serene, relaxing. It's not overpopulated here, just the opposite. We have everything here, fishing, hunting, sailing, surfing, great seafood and dining. The people in this area are very welcoming and congienal. The rental cottage is quaint, right next to the pool and you are just two short blocks away from the beach. You'll feel very much at home.
