Everything was exactly as described. The house was very clean. It was close to the beach, but the street and the house was extremely quiet. We had a wonderful time.

Beach house was as expected , nice for a couple and close proximity to the beach. Make sure you bring dish soap, trash bags , toilet paper , & paper towels as no complementary items were available. The dryer was full of towels when we arrived and had to fold and put away, other than that a good overall stay.

Weekend to unwind

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is just right for a weekend getaway. The weather did not cooperate for good beach time, but the house was perfect for curling up with a good book! It has everything you need for a great stay!

Perfect Little Cottage

My husband and I stayed at this property for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely perfect for two people. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. It’s located just a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The house sits on a large lot, so privacy is not an issue. It was very easy to communicate with Ms. Susan. Five stars across the board!

Peace and quiet

My wife and I have had a busy summer: a house renovation 3- hours from where we live and our youngest daughter’s (5th of 5) wedding. This place was just what e needed. We love Mexico beach. This is our second time there and it’s Marvelous! The house was a close walk to the beach, very clean and cute as could be. Susan was a great host!

Cute little beach house!

We had a great stay while here! The size of the house is perfect for two people and had a large bathroom. It was very clean. It had all pots and pans needed for cooking, a few seasonings as well. It also had a shed at the back of the house with beach supplies available to use, we were very grateful for that as we had left our chairs at home. The upstairs neighbor was also nice and greeted us when we arrived.

The “little “house in Mexico Beach

We stayed a week here and it met our needs perfectly! Short walk to the beach, biked about the little town and to different beaches and played pickleball at 2 different courts that we found. Convenient little shed on the property for storing our bikes. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely book again if we would return to this area. Host was very easy to communicate with and our questions were promptly answered!

Great communication. Quick reservation. Easy check-in. Took me 3 1/2 minutes from the front door to the beach boardwalk. Do not see beach from house, but it is straight up the street. Large lot for sitting outside or two small porches where you can sit. Kitchen items that you need. Very good Internet. If you have to work on vacation. Also the extra amenity of having beach items available. You do not have to fill your car with chairs, tents, and umbrellas. I only used the ground floor of the house. There is an outside entrance to an upstairs, which I believe is also available for rent. Very quiet neighborhood when I was there. Property as pictured. Greatly enjoyed the stay. Hope to return again in the future.

Wonderful week

We are grateful to have found such a wonderful gem. The home has such a beautiful beach feel with gorgeous accommodations. Although it is a 1 bedroom, the sofa bed made the perfect place for our teenage son to sleep. It is a short walk to the most amazing beach. There was plenty of parking space, which allowed perfectly for our boat. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. We would highly recommend it and will most likely stay again, if available.

Beach house very close to a great beach

Wanted to visit an area that would not be so crowded at the beach and this location was perfect. I like to surf fish and so it was nice to have a lot of shoreline to myself even during spring break. The house is comfortable and decorated so so beautifully. We will come back for sure!

A perfect place.

All communication was perfect. Beach and sun for the daytime. Good good in the evening. And a great fun time at the Lookout for some karaoke and locals.

Cute little beach house

The house was perfect for what me and my friend needed, one bedroom one bath. it’s not as close to the beach as I would have hoped but we were able to drive three blocks down and park right in front of the beach so no problem. Whoever lives upstairs was never a problem she never bothered us and we hope we never bothered her :-)
