***It's open outdoor swimming pool surrounded by Florida trees and palm trees. Pool service comes twice a week. In the swimming pool, there is a pool vacuum cleaner that can be removed for swimming. The user manual is located in a folder at home.***

POOL HEATER IT'S ADDITIONAL 25$ DAILY/Monthly 500$ - please inform us if you need heated pool before your arrival. We can heat max to 87F

Other things to note
1. Absolutely no parties allowed
2. You will be charged for permanently stained towels, bedding or any home fabric. Please, use the towels gently as we need to keep all fabric white, disinfected and stain free for each guest, as possible.
3. You will be charged for damages if you damage the property, decoration or the furniture.
4. Do not remove or move the decoration of the walls. If you brake something that has a pair, you will be charge for both items.
5. The person who booked the place is the one that has to make the check in.
6. No smoking allowed in the house.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Please don't put AC under 70.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
13. PET fee 100$ per stay
14. In the case of long-term stays after 28 days of stay, the guest must admit our cleaning service and cover its costs. Cleaning will take place cyclically every 28 days for stays exceeding 28 days.
