Great place

The property is one of the best, if not best, VRBO property i have rented. Great location, well kept and very well equiped with all you would need for the stay. Highly recommened.

Impressive!

We loved staying here! After a long day of traveling, we were pleasantly surprised to find the home stocked with snacks, drinks, and food - which was such a blessing to have during our stay! All VRBO's should do this! It is located in a lovely gated community. The owner communicated well and the house was well-cleaned. It had plenty of everything we needed. Very hospitable!

Enjoyed all the snacks. Couldn’t figure out tv and never found instructions. Kitchen could have been cleaner

Beautiful townhome in a great location!

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals, and Brian's townhome is the best so far! The kitchen is generously stocked with cook and service ware, and even basics were provided like salt, pepper and snacks! We loved the master bedroom mattress, not saggy and soft like so many, and the whole unit felt like home. The community heated pool is a short walk and the perfect temp. for a February swim. The Phoenix Mountains Preserve is a short drive and has a lot of trails that are family friendly, or a challenge if you want to go to the top of Piestewa Peak! The Biltmore area is a great part of town and we felt safe walking the cart path and neighborhoods, even after dark. We will definitely look for availablity here first the next time we come to Phoenix!
