Full House minutes' walk to Memorial Stadium, Hawk Field, Haymarket/Railyard

Stay/park here, & walk to Football (8min), Salt Dogs (7min), Volleyball, Pinnacle Arena, Haymarket/Railyard (dinning/drinking), Bowlin Stadium, Lied center & more. You really can't get a more convenient place to stay! Need more room? We also have a near identical unit next door! If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see one with the view from the front porch. There is a steel plant across the street. No detriment to your stay, but look over the plant, and you see Memorial Stadium, it's really that close! Don't want to walk, fire up the grill and you can hear the game from the front porch!
Disclaimer: The house was built in 1900. It has a lot of charm, with that comes some quirks. We have just renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous, but the floors lean this way and that through 123 years of settling. This should in no way affect your safety or your stay.

This was a great place for the weekend and so close to walking to the football stadium. They had a book with all the information we needed when we got there. We would definitely stay here again. We left our bluetooth speaker there on accident and Bruce mailed it back to us no problem!

Just what we were looking for!

House was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our 3 day stay. Owners were very accommodating to our early check-in request.

Great location for Husker games. Whether it would be football, basketball, volleyball, or baseball and softball. Easy walk to Memorial Stadium, and PBA, and the ballparks. Bob Devaney probably a little bit further, but within walking distance. Great host, responded right away when I needed to reach out!

Cute Bungalow

This was a well picked spot for our long weekend in Lincoln. This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The communication with the owners was great. This house would be perfect when attending NU football games, so we will be back to test out that theory.

This Cottage Is A No-Brainer

Communication with Bruce was prompt. Letting ourselves in was easy. Everything was clean and tidy as advertised. Our overall experience was seamless. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium makes this little cottage a no-brainer.

Absolutely fantastic!

The house is well decorated and renovated- there are some quirks to it that are quick to learn, like the floors, but it is such a lovely and comfortable property. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Definitely recommend to people, either passing through or staying - if I come back again I'll definitely be renting this property. :)

Our cottage in the North Bottoms

We loved our cottage in the North Bottoms! Walking distance to The Bob, Memorial Stadium, PBA, Haymarket and Downtown. What more can you ask for? Bruce was a wonderful host. He is very attentive and communicative. We had only one small problem with a slow draining sink and Bruce was on it. Would definitely stay there again.

When we first walked into the house it smelled like smoke very badly. We had to open a few windows to air it out, only a few had screens to keep bugs out. Before bed we checked the sheets and they had not been changed yet and had stains on them. When loading the dishwasher it immediately smelled like dead fish and again, had to open some windows to air it out. Communication with the host was good and timely. The location to the stadium was nice. Overall I would not stay here again.

Spring Graduation

We loved the charm and quirkiness of this older home. It was the perfect location to UNL, The Lied Center, Pinnacles Arena and the Haymarket. It was quite comfortable for my family of four to have dinner around the table and play games. We appreciated all the extras offered like coffee, condiments and board games. The owner's description of the property is accurate and met our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

Probably great for a game, not ideal for working remotely

Had a couple of small problems which the owner came by to handle quickly. Not great for remote work, only compatible plug in the kitchen. Nice space, upgraded, probably great for a huskers game.

We love the North Bottoms neighborhood! Since we have had these cottages, we've met all the neighbors and find that it's a close nit area with caring people.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Well, we are literally in the shadow of Memorial Stadium. You virtually can't get any closer! The interiors have been completely renovated, and will have brand new heating and cooling, flooring, kitchens, and more! They are really nice spaces with plenty of outside space as well! I love sitting on the porch and having a cold drink!
