Historic-Capital District Condo

Enjoy your stay in a completely renovated historic two bedroom, one bathroom condo. This condo is located minutes from downtown Lincoln, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood; half a block from the State Capital. Appreciate the easy accessibility to Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena and all other amenities downtown Lincoln has to offer. Four minute drive to Bryan West Hospital for those traveling in the healthcare field. This condo is one of a kind and the cleanest you’ll find!

This condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertop- pots and pans, a toaster, basic cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. There is an assortment of coffee, creamer and sugar. The first bedroom is spacious with a queen sized bed and has a walk-in closet with hangers provided. The second bedroom is a small bedroom with a twin sized bed; perfect for one guest or a child. The bathroom offers a tub shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. There is a smart TV in the living room with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. Cable is not provided, but many channels and news networks can be accessed through Roku Channel. There is a numbered parking stall that allows guests one free parking spot. Street parking is available for additional vehicles.

This condo is in a non-smoking building. This building has been non-smoking for 10 years, when the building was completely renovated from the ground up. The building is also all electric, therefore a carbon monoxide detector is not needed. This is a main floor unit just a few steps down to the door of the condo.

The condo is located in the heart of the historic district. It is half a block from the Nebraska State Capital, Ferguson Mansion, State Historic House and more historic buildings.

One stall of parking is provided in the parking lot on the north side of the building.

Fantastic Downtown Location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Just blocks from the capitol building, the historic atmosphere and architecture made this location especially nice. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and clean. The accommodations were just what we were looking for to get a good nights sleep and place to decompress. We highly recommend this host for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Lincoln.

Sweet little apartment

This apartment is centrally located with everything you might need nearby. It was clean and comfortable with quality linens. There is a convenient, off street, parking spot. We had everything we needed and the host responded promptly to all inquiries. Air conditioning worked great, which was a definite plus during a hot sticky 4th of July weekend.

Loved the building, and the fact that our condo was downstairs. Cleanliness was top-notch. Liked the location, so close to campus. Only drawback, as my granddaughter put it, the neighborhood was “sketchy”.

Very nice unit that had everything we needed. Very quiet and clean. We walked to the Pinnacle Arena and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had to do a lot of "house chores" before we left and really needed to get on the road.
