Make yourself at home in this spacious 2-bedroom Lincoln retreat just minutes from the stadium, Pinnacle Bank arena and downtown Lincoln. This awesome condo features soaring 15 foot ceilings and original exposed wood beams. 2 queen beds in the bedrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed and an additional queen bed air mattress if needed. The large bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and all the bathroom amenities you might need. Enjoy the convenience of our high-speed WiFi enabling you to work from the unit if needed. Walk across the street and enjoy Cooper park, 11.5 acres of walking paths, playground, pickle ball and basketball courts and a turf soccer field. Relax and unwind after a long day with so much to enjoy. Perfect for a short or long stay, we look forward to hosting you!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was amazing with all the comforts of home, and so much more. We loved how convenient our location was with everything we had planned for our trip. We’re already planning to come back again in 2026!

Great place to stay for a football weekend. Healthy walk to the Haymarket, very doable. Excellent park across the street. Condo was exactly as described! Holly responds immediately. Definitely recommend and will be back for another visit.

Excellent Stay

Loved the renovation, the architecture they kept from the original building and the added upgraded touches. Extremely comfortable and clean. The area is safe, close to downtown, the stadium and great dining. The property manager is quick to respond. I highly recommend this as your next place to stay when you come to Lincoln.

The host provides everything. Coffee, small snacks, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, towels, plenty of bedding. Nice sitting area to relax. The only down side was the upstairs loft bedroom. One of our guests had a knee injury and it since it was an upstairs unit it was a lot of stairs.

The property is in an older neighborhood about a 5 minute ride from Memorial stadium and the Haymarket district with plenty of restaurants and bars. The building itself has a lot of character and is a nice break from hotels and other modern rentals. Communication with the host was fantastic! She answered promptly anytime I had a question and was available quickly with all check-in details the day prior and on check-in day. The unit is a good blend of old character with modern upgrades. Furniture was all in good shape and comfortable to sit on. The kitchen isn’t going to wow anyone with fine countertops or anything like that but it’s clean and functional. Nothing is in disrepair. I’ve stayed at properties this year with much more modern finishes but have multiple repair issues. The loft is a nice feature with a bed up top and a futon however it may not be the best option if you have little kids. Perfect for older kids or adults. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the condo & great location. We were visiting our son at UNL. It worked great to have a kitchen to be able to cook his crew some food instead of eating out. We loved the dining/living room set up - perfect for visiting & hanging out. So much better than a hotel room. Would love to know what the rest of the building looks like as we enjoyed the architecture & restoration that had been done.
