It is conveniently located 8 minutes to the University of Illinois Memorial Stadium and State Farm Center via uncrowded back roads. It is also close to Willard Airport and many restaurants and grocery stores on nearby South Neal Street (Route 45), the main north / south street in Champaign.

This home features two full living rooms will all new sofas and chairs with views of the golf course. There is a new upscale kitchen with all brand new GE Cafe appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker and the kitchen is fully outfitted with a variety of glassware, dishes, utensils and cookware for any need you may have.

There are 4 full bedrooms with 3 new king size beds and 1 new queen size bed. The 3 newly renovated full bathrooms feature 2 walk-in glass showers and a large soaking tub and a shower tub. We also offer 3 Roku 58" TVs loaded with all apps, Xfinity high speed WiFi and a washer and dryer. There are also plenty of extra towels, blankets and quilts.

Please be aware there is no street parking due to the house being on a two lane county road in Savoy ,however, the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars and up to 6 if parked close together.
