Enjoy beach front living! Corner 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful ocean-front views from the large balcony! Sleeps 8 comfortably in 1,440 square feet.

Updated in Winter 2025 with new flooring, fresh paint, new living room furniture, and more.

Our Las Brisas corner beachfront condo is a third floor, three bedroom/two full bath condo that has beautiful ocean views from the large balcony!

The condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and located in the heart of Madeira Beach. It is within walking distance to many activities, restaurants and shopping, and is 40 minutes from Tampa and located between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete beach to the south.

It is only one mile to John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing and gambling charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals and has an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.

Madeira Beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including golf, Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre and plenty of water sports. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

The primary bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and walk-in bathroom. Walk out to the balcony and enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is set up with two Full size beds, and the third bedroom has one Queen size bed. The second bath with tub/shower combo is situated easily between the two bedrooms.

With two reserved parking spaces (rare along the beach!), a full size washer and dryer in the condo, a beautifully fully-equipped kitchen, and private WiFi service, the property is well set up for a week or a month, and the views will keep you coming back for more.

Las Brisas is a five story, 40 unit condo with under-building parking, easy access, elevator, beachfront swimming pool, Tiki Huts with gas grills, and a fabulous beach.

Please note there is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit or on its balcony. Smoking will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles has a height clearance of 6 foot 7 inches.

We loved staying here. The condo offers everything you need to have a great beach vacation and the location is terrific! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets right from the balcony. Check in was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Just as described

Beautiful, comfortable, roomy condo. The views are absolutely amazing. I loved the big balcony and the toys and chairs provided to borrow if needed. It’s also great having a washer and dryer to keep up with towels, etc. Vacuum for getting up sand easily, and a broom for small stuff. 10/10. I recommend this condo.

Late Spring Break

Our family had a great time at this condo. The only issues were the prior users did not clean the beach chairs very well so there was a lot of sand around, and a couple of the chairs were broken. The elevator was down one time during the stay, but we usually took the stairs. The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing! The construction going on was not too disruptive. The pool area was really nice as well and it was so easy to get to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway!

The unit was clean, updated and included everything we needed! The property is still recovering from the hurricanes - broken pavers and the pool was not open yet (owners were very upfront about condition of the property and provided a discount). Location was perfect with close proximity to bars, restaurants and putt putt! A perfect place for families. The beach was awesome :)

Vacation with family

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and enjoy having ocean view, the beach, and the beautiful sunset at night. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. If you do need something there was a Walmart just down the road. If we had a question, the hostess responded immediately.

The property was terrific and just what the four of us needed. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed including any beach item. This is the first VRBO I’ve ever stayed in that actually had extra paper products! 🙂 We will definitely book again.

stay was good. sliding glass door very difficult to open & close. not enough towels in bathrooms (very thin) needed more pods to wash towels. uncomfortable dip in queen mattress in front bedroom. location and decor of condo was good. overall very good. we would return!

great family vacation

Very nice facility - our normal condo had already been rented so we found this gem. Great for our family of 7 - enjoyed the view off the balcony each morning, very well stocked for the beach items. Only thing is there were not any extra blankets - Would definitely stay here again

Great Location!

Loved staying here. Great location! Walk out on the balcony and the beach is right there. Easy check-in process. The owners were amazing. We left an apple watch and they returned it promptly!!

Exactly as advertised

Cute little condo, with direct beach front access! Plenty of sleeping space and everything was well stocked. From spices and pans to bathroom needs like soap and toilet paper ( although some of this may have been left from previous renters). Lots of beach supplies, including chairs, umbrellas, and tons of kids toys. Even small fans, which i especially loved, since I don’t sleep well without one! There were some things that need worked on ( master closet door off tracks, living room patio door sticks), but nothing that affected our stay at all. All TVs and streaming services worked, never tan out of hot water for showers, even with 4 girls between 15 and 45. Plenty of towels ( beach and shower). All in all, I’d stay again if we came back to the area!

Great location

Location is really nice, just steps away from the beach. The corner unit provided great views from the balcony. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would say that the condo could stand a good cleaning. The floors and rugs were swept/vacuumed, clean but your feet/socks were very dirty after walking inside. Bathroom, kitchen cupboards, closet doors in bedrooms are really in need of update or repairs.
