This is our 2nd time staying at Serenity in South Wedge and it’s truly like a home away from home! It’s the perfect space for our families to travel. Clean, comfortable, 5 minutes from downtown, a short drive to everything imaginable, what more can you ask for!!?? Thanks for being so great! We’ll be back!

This place was in such a perfect location for us to get everywhere we needed quickly, Loved having off street parking. Beds were comfy! Great puzzle table!

Great home base for our weekend at the Strong Museum

This is an older house that has been beautifully renovated. Easy parking for our cars and a quick (less than 5 minute) drive to the Strong Museum (our destination for the weekend).

We arrived at our rental to find out at 10:30 PM. It was double booked.We were left to fend for ourselves at 10:30 PMVrbo attempted to find us hotels, but they had to find three rooms for the size of our party and we’re unable to do some in the area that met our expectationsThere were a lot of happenings in Rochester this weekend, which is why we booked the VRBO so earlyThey attempted to find us a motel 30 minutes away We did not find this acceptable for our party and our travel plans We are very displeased with the service and the lack of support.

Nathan was a very nice host. His lovely home is in walking distance to the center of South Wedge and the community couldn’t be more welcoming and brilliant. The market co-op, the amazing children’s bookstore Hippocampo, and some excellent cafes are all in a block or two walk from the relaxing rental house.

Well stocked and comfortable

Rental was Clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice fluffy towels. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Hosted a family meal for 7 and we had plenty of dishes, silverware, etc.

The house was as listed. Nice and clean, well decorated. Host was easy to contact. Floors do creek a bit and be sure to Park in the provided driveway

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our short getaway to Rochester. The property was an older home with a few creaks, but it was as described and extremely clean. The location was located on a quiet residential neighborhood that was centrally located to everything. Nathan was a communicative and easily-reached host. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again!

Perfect space for short visit to Rochester's Strong Museum

We stayed two nights at this property during a multi-day visit to Rochester, NY focused on that city's wonderful Strong Museum. The property was spacious, comfortable, well-lit, and had plenty of parking -- and was indeed very convenient to the Strong Museum. We prepared dinner using the property's large kitchen, which provided us all the pots, plates, glasses and utensils that we needed. We were in regular communication with the host, who was attentive to our needs as well as any questions.Would definitely repeat - all in all, a great experience at a great property.

Five stars!

We came up for my sons Senior Recital at Eastman and were so blessed to find the perfect place! We’ve stayed in several great VRBO’s in the past, but this one wins! Location and size and amenities! The beds were comfortable and the house was exactly what we needed for the long weekend! Nathan was very responsive to the smoke alarm beeping. The kitchen was well stocked-my daughter lived the snacks and even water and wine to welcome us. We don’t drink, but it was the perfect gesture of hospitality! Definitely recommend, but I’m booking it several more times!

Great city with lots to do

The house was cosy, warm and clean. Beds were comfy and plenty of fresh towels were provided. If you are a party of more than 4 then you won't have enough seats to eat at the breakfast bar, or enough cups etc. We had great interactions with the host via messages. Our only complaint was many of the door handles (bathroom and bedroom) did not work, and most of the kitchen cupboards were almost off their hinges, which was surprising as the kitchen was very new. Overall a nice house, the immediate area was OK, but lots to see and do in Rochester as a whole.

Whimsical clean and welcoming home.

This home had 4 rooms upstairs. All very clean. Each bed including the two futons were comfortable. The bathroom upstairs with the shower was exceptional. There is room in each bedroom to hang up towels. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pans and dishes. It had a well working dish washer and dishwasher detergent as well. The living room was comfortable for 5 adults to sit and chat. It could have used one more light for reading, however, one could just bring the neck reading light to solve that issue. The fridge is very clean with ice cubes made. There was shampoo and conditioner if you forget yours. All and all this was a wonderful place, quiet neighborhood and great kitchen.
