We had a fantastic time during our football weekend with friends. The house was spacious and clean. The owner was very quick to respond and was very nice when we had a small issue that we needed assistance with. Thank you for everything!

I rented the house for the Spanish town parade, it was walking distance. The house was very nice and the location was great! The host responded in minutes any time I had a question!

Great weekend house

My guests and I rented the house for a Mardi Gras ball. The location was perfect in regards to how close it is to The River Center. We really enjoyed the multi levels of the house; it accommodated our group well. The game room downstairs was great! Thank you for a great stay!

The property is located close to downtown and an easy drive to LSU campus. New build. Plenty of room for an extended family traveling to Baton Rouge. Check in and out was easy.

Very nice home. Although neighborhood leaves an impression of being a little sketchy we had absolutely no issues with the location. Plenty of room in the updated home for our group of multiple coupes/singles. Amenities lists that there is a hot tub but that was not true. If you consider stay please beware that you will be climbing lots of stairs. A requirement from the point of entry.

The house was nice but we are not from the area so I wasn’t sure about the neighborhood…it was ok but a little sketchy.

We rented this back in November 2025, As a gift for my UPS guy employees! We bought great tickets to the LSU SEC baseball game and needed a house with 6 bedrooms! as we got closer to the time that we needed to check in, we inquired about a barbecue pit so that they could barbecue steaks when they got there they had still not sent us the code! the bottom level of the house the garage and was actually made into a game room which the doors should have opened so they could have grilled stess asks on the driveway! The dayI sent emails to the host trying to get the check-in code for the house and remind him that we needed the barbecue pit there I told him that the guys were going to the baseball game at 2 o’clock and would be checking in close to 4!They should be through and be heading to the house and please have the barbecue pit ready. We bought steaks to grill! still at 8:30pm did not have Bbq pit delivered! they also realized that the garage doors would not open and there was no barbecue pit there. At 8:30 PM in the dark, some guy shows up to deliver a barbecue pit to an area that had no lighting no outdoor lighting whatsoever. So we told him just to leave , no need to leave the barbecue pit because there was no outdoor lighting! Horrible experience, Spent alot of money for this! Just picked the worst house and host ever!
