Feel at home in our bright, welcoming 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome in a safe, gated community! Centrally located in Wesley Chapel, near the Tampa Outlets (8mi away) and Shops at Wiregrass (4mi away), you'll also be close to many amazing sights and attractions around Tampa Bay, including: Busch Gardens(17mi), Tampa Convention Center(24mi), Ybor City(28mi), Tampa Airport(30miles) and so much more! The beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota are also about 1 hr away!
The space
The spacious setup can comfortably sleep 8 people, and includes 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Full Trundle Bed, with a cozy living room area, updated kitchen with gray soft-close cabinets and granite counters, an office nook, dining table with 6 chairs, and a large screened-in lanai with patio furniture for you and your guests to privately relax, hangout, and unwind!

Super amazing spot, easy check in and it was in a gated area with its own assigned parking spot. Only thing I’d suggest is bringing an eye mask for one of the bedrooms because it’s facing east and can get really bright in the AM since it’s blinds not curtains. But with the eye mask, it was perfect! Would definitely book again!

It was a great location to visit the lagoon, aquarium and zoo, commutes weren’t to long. We were comfortable, the price was great and the property is very pet friendly. The only critique is there are not two beds in the third room as listed. The trundle has no mattress on the metal frame. An inflatable mattress was purchased by us for our second child.

Peaceful stay

The condo is in a nice area close to shopping and expressways. Close to entrance to complex and gated. Clean and well kept. 3 bedrooms allowed for room to spread out and relax. Plenty of bathroom space as well. Outdoor patio is screened so NO bugs!!

Perfect home for your family vacation

We stayed for a week at this wonderful home and loved every minute of it! The home is equipped with everything that you could need for your stay. The hosts provided many unexpected extras including laundry pods, dishwasher pods, tea/coffee for the Keurig, all kitchen and bathroom essentials. The home has 3 lovely bedrooms with 2 and a half baths that are perfect for a family. The home has a beautiful outside area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cup of tea. The gated community was charming and welcoming. The home is 2 minutes from a CVS and within a few minutes drive to Publix, Target, The Shoppes at Wiregrass, and all of the best restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and were super flexible. We will definitely stay with them again the next time we are in town! Thank You!

Very clean, well maintained. Our house was having renovations done so we needed a place to stay. Nice area for a vacation as well though, far enough away from the busy parts of town, but close enough to everything this area has to offer.

This house offered the perfect location for our trip. We could easily visit family members who lived nearby and access all the shops for food and other amenities. The Wiregrass mall is a very short an 8-10 minute drive (largely dependent on the timing of the traffic lights). The beds and bedding were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and plenty of closet storage and lots of hooks to hang up stuff. They had towels for all the guests. I didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have the key items like spatulas, cookware and dishwasher. The hosts were very responsive and provided easy,clear instructions to access the house. We would definitely stay in this house again and recommend to others.
