Air conditioning was great and washer dryer in apartment really helped us not have to pack a lot of clothes. It very easy to find and was convenient to the fairgrounds only 15 minutes away. Food and groceries were close by. We had fun watching the ducks and other birds.

The newly remodeled apartment was perfect for our stay and convenient to shops. Everything we needed was supplied. The manager was attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

We had everything we needed for our short stay for a graduation. The host was easy to contact. Not the loveliest of neighborhoods, but there was a supermarket right across the street, which was convenient.

Communication with the host, Juan, was very smooth; he answered all my questions. He seems like an experienced business owner and is likely to expand his business significantly. The room design was both modern and practical, the TV had excellent picture quality, and while not luxurious, everything was almost perfect. The only drawback was that the shower water temperature was a bit low, so I had to adjust it to be higher. If we come to Tampa again, we will definitely stay here, and I will recommend this apartment to my friends.

Such a great stay!

The property was very clean and had everything you could need! When we first walked in everything smelled amazing and the place looked great. It looks newly renovated and the place has everything you need and more since the host ensure you have coffee, sugar, cups/plates. Etc. the host was very kind and had great communication throughout our stay Highly recommended staying here if you’re in Tampa!

We arrived at the property around 10PM and like any name area was looking at one another about the area. But in daylight area was great. We had a little trouble with the code pad, but owner replied rapidly and we got inside. Place was very clean, well set up, and wonderful. Would definitely consider booking again.

Very well equipped

Juan is an excellent host, he responds immediately and is very helpful. The unit is impeccably clean and equipped with everything you would need. Everything seems to be new and works beautifully. Juan takes a lot of pride in the property and it shows. Check out the very cool charging stations in the bedrooms!

Amazing apartment!

I stayed here with my husband and two boys, and we had a wonderful time! In the apartment, there are 2 very comfortable bedrooms, each with a closet , Smart TV and fast internet access, including the living room. The condo was extremely clean and everything was easy to find. It also included a washer and dryer, towels, and extra blankets. You do not need to bring anything with you since this Amazing Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. This property is located in a quiet area and is close to Winn Dixie and other shops where you can shop for groceries. It is also very close to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and many other theme parks and restaurants in the surrounding area. The property manager, Juan, is easy to communicate with and available for any questions you may have. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to Tampa!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Mind blown! Ill be honest, I thought the listing picture was a generic picture pullrd offline (ive seen that a time or 12), but this property is exactly as advertised plus more! We were completely amazed by the extravagant effort placed into renovating this property! Me and my family were escaping to a safe location from Hurricane Milton,, and not expecting much more than a solid structure, was immediately impressed by all the "modern" creature comforts such as more than adequate charging locations throughout the property including wireless nightstand charging docks on each side of both beds. Fully modernized and stocked kitchen, state of the art front load stacked washer & dryer, plentt of pillows, blankets, sheets and throws. The owner communicated along every step of the way, from electronic check in, and check out. The only complaint we have is that we couldnt stay longer! Overall 5 star plus and will absolutely stay again!
