The Space

When you arrive, you see a white picketing fence framing the home for a picturesque walk up to a large, open, southern porch with plenty of seating to enjoy coffee or a cold beverage and conversation.

Indoor you will find tall ceilings with a flowing layout with the living room that opens to the large dining room with a dining table with seating for 8. The dining room opens to a stocked gourmet kitchen with all new appliances. Off the kitchen is a hallway bathroom with a shower. The hallway leads to 4 sunny bedrooms and 2 additional on suite bathrooms with everything set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

Returning to the kitchen area leads you to the enormous Florida room which all extends into the back yard through the rear door, which only adds to the natural flow of the home. Stepping into the extensive and appealing back yard you almost forget that you are only minutes from downtown, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor, and all that Tampa has to offer.
