The kids had a great time in the pool and the back porch. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location was ideal for our family vacation. Saw some quail, lizards, rabbits and variety of birds in the backyard while playing corhole. Was a great experience all around. Would stay there again.

What a great place to stay! The house was fully updated. The host provided all the necessary amenities plus more. And the property manager was instantly responsive to any questions. Looking forward to staying here again.

What a great house! Alison was great. Really nothing to say other than everything in the description is 100% accurate. We have annual golf trip and we have found our favorite place.

A very nice place

Clean, well stocked, comfortable home with a great back yard. Nice access to South Mountain Park. Quiet street, responsive owner. We had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Great Stay

We had a great girls weekend away! If you have small children, I would definitely recommend staying here because everything is so well childproofed and there are plenty of toys and child items. Even if you don’t have children, I would still recommend staying here as the accommodations felt just like home. Anything you may have needed while staying was available for your use!

Extended Summertime Stay

Great house in a great location. Super easy access to the trailheads on South Mountain for running, hiking and biking. The pool and backyard were a great place to unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend and will be staying again as soon as I'm back in town...

I would give this 10 stars if I could. This is the best VRBO location of all the ones that we have stayed. There were so many toys for our two grandsons, the kitchen was fully stocked, check-in and check-out was smooth and the location was central to everything we had planned. The pool was awesome and the highlight of the trip for our grandsons. If we ever come back to Phoenix, this is where we will stay.

This house was fantastic for our purposes! We had a business trip that we mixed with some pleasure and it was a perfect location for us. Our conference took place at the Arizona Grand resort which was just around the corner. We were able to find wonderful food and convenient shopping so close to the house! We were able to walk to the Pima Canyon trailhead from the house and take a early morning hike which was fantastic. Gorgeous views and an easy walk to the trailhead! We really enjoyed the back patio and even the pool while we were there! We had beautiful weather and the backyard was so welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great and the entire property was just lovely. 10/10 recommend!!!!

My son enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard at various times when the weather cooperated. There were enough rooms and beds for everyone to use. Easy to use the shutters on the windows to let natural light in. Everything was well organized. Like the labels on cupboards. Very nice home.
