On the upper floor, you'll find three inviting bedrooms and a cozy loft featuring a 4k smart TV and a comfy couch. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds.

The main level showcases a beautifully equipped kitchen and a dining area perfect for shared meals. The inviting living room is ideal for relaxation and entertainment, complete with your favorite movies and shows. Family visit

Mark was great! This was a convenient place for our family and had everything we needed! We will definitely reserve this home again when we visit family in the area!

Excellent - perfect for us!

We had to move out of our house for construction and rented this property for two weeks. It was the perfect spot to stay - location was great, house was warm and welcoming! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. No issues at all!

Perfect in every way!

My family and I stayed at the property for 4 weeks while in between homes. The home is incredibly well appointed and comfortable. Great, safe neighborhood with walking trails and parks all around. Mark was always responsive when questions came up. This was a perfect home away from home and would be a great place for anyone needing a comfortable place to stay while in the greater Denver area!

great area for family stay

We loved our stay in Colorado. The Parker area is up and coming residential area. Home is in a high end neighborhood with beautiful landscaping and facilities. Very safe to walk around and enjoy the area. There are not a lot of restaurants or stores within walking distance, but plenty within a 5-10 minute drive. Castle Rock and Parker offer a ton of restaurant and shopping options. Property is a modern tri-level home with lots of stairs, so be prepared to hike up and down. Owner was excellent for communication and making sure our stay was perfect.

We loved this place!!

We LOVED this place! Mark was so kind, quick to respond to any questions we had, and made us feel welcome. The home was very clean upon our arrival, and the location was perfect while visiting family in Parker. It was a very comfortable and relaxing home, which made my granddaughters enjoy coming over to spend time together. Just know there are stairs to climb. The neighborhood was quiet and close to trails for walking the dog as well as a park nearby for the grandchildren. Although there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance it is a quick and easy drive to get to plenty. We also enjoyed our happy hours on the deck. When we come back to visit Parker, we hope to rent here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
