Brand new luxury furnished apartment in new building with amenities. Centrally located within walking distance to Red Line train station and Quincy Center.
Amenities such as fitness center, roof deck, indoor private parking and resident common room available throughout building.
The Parker was just what we were looking for, great location, very clean modern and comfortable. We got an immediate answer from the manager when we had a question about the EV charging station. Would definitely stay here again!
My family of 4 stayed in this apartment. It was nicely sized and very clean. It was supplied with everything we needed, and we appreciated the minimalistic design of the apartment with toddlers around. The location was great. We were able to get to Boston easily. Kiara was very responsive.
Nice apartment in Quincy. Close to Granite Street Cafe for great breakfasts. Easy drive in to Boston and close to our friends in Hull. Nice comfortable beds as well!
Location, Location, Location. The building is relatively new and features an excellent parking solution for one car. Conveniently located near coffee and groceries. Easy to hop on the expressway or grab public transit to wherever you want to go. Owners were responsive to questions in a timely manner through out stay in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
The apartment was so amazing and super luxury!!! My family and I we had such an amazing time. The location was super convenient and walking distance to the train station which can get you to downtown Boston. Unit was very clean and the property manager was very fast and responsive to all our requests. We will def be back at this location!
Only thing we would ask for next trip is that the sheets would be updated . You could feel pills on the sheets which indicate well used . And no flannel type sheets
More face clothes and towels .
Over all the place was great ! Clean , great location , and has parking that was a big plus . Thank you !
Overall impressed. However, curtains would have been nice to have. Was lacking in some basic kitchen utensils (oven ware), tea towels and toilet paper.
Lovely building; unfortunately, the garage doors were malfunctioning which was inconvenient. The apartment itself was fine - clean and comfortable. Window coverings in the bedrooms would be appreciated. But with Starbucks and Star Market just across the street, it's a convenient place to stay.
The apartment was clean and as described. Was great having a secure parking garage. About a 20 minute drive to Boston, so was perfect for us. The property manager got right back to us with a few questions we had.
Our only issue was it is described as a âLuxuryâ apartment. It has limited kitchen ware, plates, etc. The sheets are a bit used and some of the shades are missing and the ones that are there are paper are torn.
For the price we would definitely stay again with that in mind.
They had minimal furniture. They provided minimal plates and bowls. The sliding glass door in the living room area didnât have any blinds or shades and the sun was glaring in at you so it made it uncomfortable. The blinds in the bedrooms were made of paper. They only provided one kitchen trash liner for the week.
My experience was not luxurious. I have so much I want to say about it but because I canât seem to get my refund for the day I had to leave early -due to the hot water heater not working- I worry my negative review will prohibit the right thing from happening. I left it cleaner than I found it. I even bought a new frying pan for the kitchen because the other two are so scratched up theyâre not food safe. I believe this could be a great rental with some investments put forth.
There were some complications before check in and the host was quick to notify us and find a solution that matched our needs. I would highly recommend this host for future bookings.
We were there for a week-end to attend Patriots game. This very clean 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom is perfectly located between Boston and Foxboro with around 30 min drinving on each direction.
There is a big super market at walking distance. We will stay there again and do not hesitade to recommand.
Very disappointing stay, AC didn't work and nothing in apartment and cheap
Came down for 2 nights to go to a concert with another couple. Location is nice and building is nice but the stay was one disappointment after another.
Arrived and the door was locked even though instructions said it would be open. Contacted the owner and waited for 45 minutes to be let in. Then once we got in the apartment was 84 degrees. We tried turning on the AC and realized as the temperature wasn't coming down that it didn't work. They sent a maintenance guy over with a portable unit that helped some but really the only thing that helped was opening the windows. It was fortunately 70 degrees at night.
The apartment was the most bare bones of any place I have stayed for that size. Cheap everything. There were 4 unmatched coffee cups, that was all the glasses for a 2 BR apartment. A few utensils and a handful of plates. That's about it. The sheets in the bed felt like sandpaper with a rough texture to them. There were no blinds or curtains but only some paper shut out drop down. Since we had to open the windows with the AC not working it was very awkward and they were difficult to keep from ripping.
Contacted maintenance and told him the apartment wasn't cooling still and asked if they could bring some fans or another AC as we were leaving for the concert and really didn't want to come back to a hot apartment late at night afterward. He said he would bring a other AC unit. Came home at 1AM and the apartment was 88 Degrees. Ridiculous.
The place was very clean and nice inside. However, only one key was provided so difficult to coordinate access if family members attended different events. Additionally, only one garage space available. We had two vehicles and were told the other vehicle had to find street parking.
